“Carfax was helpful to me in two ways, within days of each other. I ordered a Carfax on my 2002 Cadillac which whowed that I was truthful in my assessment of the vehicle and brought me top dollar. The second time was when I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The carfax proved to me that the good condition was not incidental. My Sonata had been a rental car previously and everything about it was imaculate. I am so pleased with the Carfax reports. J. Marver”

“I read for $58.62 I was to get unlimited carfaxes. I did not. I only got five than was shut off. That is a sad way to do business.”

“Carfax was a must in locating just the right car. I searched many cars on Carfax and found that it became a nessessity not an option. I would not buy a car without using this tool.”

“i was about to buy a camry 2010 from a friend, he hadn't told about the accident on the rare left side. however, when i went and checked the CAR FOX of that car it showed me more details about that car.”

“being effected from the crash of 09 , the economy falling short ..my wife and I have watched pennies and have looked at all spending a little closer , recently I had the opportunity to purchase a new used 08 gmc truck . I used car fax to determine the trucks history and to comfort my purchase , as some of you know the last 5 years have made us all more aware of the resources to prevent being taken advantage of AND carfax is definetly one I relyed on .. Thanks”

“I was looking for cars for months, and it was very frustrating and monotonous. I found cars everywhere that I knew nothing about. Thankfully, I purchased a Carfax every time, and I found out that many great deals were not so great. I found out many had previous accidents and even salvaged titles. “Our 2004 Chrysler Dream Cruiser...After totaling our 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser we wanted to get another one, for the love of those PTs! So the hunt was on and found one about 2 1/2 drive away from where we lived. I contacted the owner and got the VIN Number and went online to pay the one time fee to get the report. Not only was it accurate but had all the info we needed to make the Right Choice to purchase this PT Cruiser and have been so glad we did! The owner also had all the s r vice records and they matched the Carfax report so I was very Happy I decided to check out the PT Cruiser first! You have one very Happy Carfax customer!!!! ????? “I was purchasing a used Ford F-350 and when I got the VIN I paid for a carfax right away. Came to find out the VIN I was given was for a completely different truck! Good thing I looked into it.”

“A friend of mine bought a car from a well known car dealership. I told her about Car Fax because my car checked out to have no problems. She didnt and her car has broken down and two different mechanics told her her car has been in a bad accident, her transmission went out and a defect in her axle. If she would have done the Car fax im sure she wouldnt have bought the car. So she has a LEMON”

“I checked out a 2002 Ford Taurus and checked out the carfax and it actually ended up being a good deal. It told me every owner and every maintenance record for my car. Thanks car fax!”

“We were looking at a car on Craigslist. We ran the Carfax and discovered that it had a rebuilt title, something we had never heard of. When we ran the Carfax, we were provided not only with the vehicle's complete history, but also definitions and explanations of what a rebuilt title is. Fantastic! We avoided the purchase.”

“I recently purchased a car from a private party. I ran the car fax and brought a print out with me, I was able to negotiate with the seller much more effectively while pointing out the car fax report listed the small faults and it's not as "perfect" as the seller advertised. The $50 was well spent in exchange to a $3000 lower price for purchasing the car!”
