“I'm 23 years old and looking for a vehicle is very hard because there is so many choices , but not much money. I found a truck on Craigslist and the price was in my budget and the value was a few grand higher. I was going to drive 3 hours to get this car the next day because deals like this don't come often. The pictures and responses were on point. While being on my way to buy the truck, a car fax announcement came up, so I thought, what if....... So I bought a car fax on the truck and it came out to be salvage title. Right away I turned around and was happy that I didn't fall for that scam. Car fax saved me time, money and a big headache.”

“Went out looking for a newer style Thunderbird, found one triple Black rag top, car fax had only what was done, there were major issues that were not reported, no issues with Car Fax, just the unscrupulous dealer that sold me a real Lemon, after many dollars finally got the car I was looking for...”

“I was very disappointed once I purchased the CARFAX subscription that I could only get info on 5 VIN numbers during the 3 months and unlimited CARFAX's on license plates. Most of the searches I wanted to do were with a VIN number because I could not find out the license plates of previous owners. I believe that CARFAX would be more valuable with this feature. I think that CARFAX is great other than this issue.”

“I was told about CARFAX from a brake masters representative. He informed me that they charge about 140 dollars to do a full inspection on the vehicle. He said although an inspection would be helpful, it is usually best to look into the history of a vehicle. With Carfax I found myself a reliable vehicle in excellent condition because I had access to match the truth!”
