Una estafa, nosotros hemos tenido muchos problemas a la hora de recoger el coche alquilado a través de CarJet con la compañía FINALRENTALS en Bucharest. A la hora de recogerlo, a pesar de avisar que nuestro vuelo salía con retraso y decirnos que no había ningún problema, cuando llegamos al aeropuerto no había nadie para recogernos, nos tiramos llamando media hora hasta que vinieron a por nosotros y una vez ya en la oficina nos querían cobrar 40€ para darnos el coche por haber llegado tarde (cosa evitable si hubiesen venido a tiempo a recogernos) y según ellos fuera de horario (estábamos ahí a las 18:00 y en el contrato de alquiler ponía que la oficina estaba abierta hasta las 19:00). Por quejarnos y decir que no íbamos a pagar los 40€ nos dijeron que nos anulaban la reserva y que no nos devolvían ya nada (rompiendo los papeles del contrato en nuestras narices) y diciendo que ahí nos quedábamos. Tras negociar mucho y decirles que no podían hacer eso y estar llamando a CarJet, conseguimos que nos dejasen la reserva como estaba. PARA MÁS COLMO nos dijeron que el seguro a todo riesgo que teníamos pagado con CARJET no valía para FINALRENTALS y que pagásemos 20€/día de más para asegurarlo a todo riesgo con ellos, ya que si le pasaba algo al coche ellos no se hacían responsables de que el seguro contratado lo pagase. Total, que para no andar peleando más y por coger el coche, acabamos pagando +20€/día por el seguro porque no nos aseguraban que con el seguro de carjet (1800€ con franquicia) nos fuesen a devolver algo si le pasase algo al coche. Pésima gestión, pésimas formas y muy muy pésima la atención al cliente. Parece que sale barato pero acabas pagando +400€ por un coche de gama media pero con peor experiencia que en otras webs.”

when i arrived at airport went to Okmobilty
they charged me for full insurance and they said i can refund my money from carjet (i have paid carjet FOR FULL INSURANCE)
got in contact with carjet they said they cant issue refund (okmobilty said i can get my full insurance payment back)
so I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE

“The address when I booked the car was one close to my hotel, but when it was time to pick up the car I had to go to another address which was WRONG!!! I tried to contact Jetcar but there is no customer service. Had to struggle to find my car after a few hours with the local agency. Worst experience ever.”
“Worst experience ever. It was terrible. I felt like I was scammed. You go there thinking you have a car for a good price and you book the holiday around that benefit. On pickup, after an extremely long day, they ask for more money with two options: either €2,500 without insurance or almost €700 with full insurance. This is shocking, coming there thinking you are going to pay the excess amount of about €200 and about €100 for two baby seats and knowing I already paid some type of insurance to prevent you from losing crazy money when someone damages the car. Then, to top it off, they take about €140 for fuel (which they return to make you feel good IF you bring it back with a full tank of gas). What a terrible, terrible, terrible experience! It broke my whole budget for vacation and almost spoiled everything. If I could give a -1000 star rating, I would. They take advantage of you online (bait you) and when you pick up the car, they catch you. People, please be careful.”
“I booked then tried to make contact straight away as then realized you have to have a credit card in your name to pay on pick up. Tried to make contact to speak to some one. Called the car company to be told can't take card in other name even if they are with me. And to pay be debit would be £180 more . They can't cancel tried to contact jet again unable to speak. I have lost £89 do not book with these people poor support and no way to speak to anyone . It was only 5 min from booking I tried to cancel”

“I RENTED A SMALL CAR FOR 7 DAYS THROUGH CARJET HULL,UK . I PAID THE VERY CHEAP RENTAL UP FRONT AND TOOK OUT EXTRA INSURANCE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE. CARJET WAS NOT THE HIRE COMPANY IT TURNED OUT TO BE EUROPA CAR. WHO CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL 700 POUNDS FOR THE SAME RENTAL WHEN I RETURNED THE VEHICLE. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?”

“This lot are scam artists of note. Unfortunately, after being scammed, I have only found out that it seems to be their modus operandi. Despite having purchased their top-of-the-range insurance when ordering and paying online we were still forced to purchase more insurance when collecting the car. Once they have finished scamming you you end up paying more than double what the bigger car hire companies charge. And you can not walk away and go elsewhere since you have already payed online and wont get your money back. The staff are all well trained on how to get as much money as possible out of people. Shocking company who sadly rip off a lot of travellers.”

“This company stole my money , I rented through them a car from sixt lyon. I went there with my international driving licence they didn't hand over the car to me. I wanted to refund the money before picking the car and they pay nothing to sixt , they refused and they took the whole of my money for then 10 days rent. I called them 10s of times emailed them they just totally ignore you...never ever rent through this company, they just take your money and ignores you”
