“The okmobility company, which I rented through Carjet, repeatedly took money from my credit card and without my knowledge, except for the amount I had to pay. When I detected this, I cancelled the vehicle without taking delivery. However, Carjet did not refund me the fee for a service I did not receive.”
“Do not trust your reservation as they will outsource to a provider that "doesn't have cars at this time". We showed up within the "2 hour window" to pick up the car and were told they don't have a car for us. When we tried to contact carjet, they had provided us with a disconnected phone number on the reservation. We emailed and tried calling multiple numbers to no avail. Three days later they responded and said we weren't on time for the pick up when we were and what does that exactly mean when you are coming into an airport. Pray your flight isn't late or you won't have a car. DO NOT RENT THROUGH CARJET OR FROM IDEA MOBILITY RENTAL CAR whom they push the rental through, "they may not have a car for you and try to keep your money."”

“I had very bad experience with Carjet and would never rent a car through it. They partner with untrustworthy partners. I have chosen a certain car type at higher price in Skiathos but when I got to the Carjet partner - AutoUnion I was offered different type of lower level in very poor condition at the price which was at Carjet before offered for lower price saying that the car I have chosen on Carjet is not available on whole island at all. Then why Carjet offers such car type at this island? Further, I was stolen 300 EUR from deposit by Auto Union claiming that I drained out battery with 1 hour blinking of orange lights which is total nonsense - the battery had to be in very poor condition before. I made a complaint at Carjet after my return but after 2 emails exchange Carjet stopped any communication. So go far away from Carjet and Auto Union and you save money and nerves.”

“Undvik att hyra bil från detta företag. Ni kommer garanterat att bli blåsta.
Vi hyrde en bil via hemsidan och det skulle kosta oss 459 euro (med helförsäkring)
När vi kommer fram säger bilföretaget om att helförsäkringen som vi gjort via hemsidan inte gäller pga påhittade anledningar, och att vi behöver teckna en helförsäkring på nytt.
Priset blev helt plötsligt 670 euro + 500 euro deposition som inte heller nämndes i hemsidan.
Depositionen behövdes även betalas med ett kreditkort. Inget annat kort accepterades.
Så fort jag protestera visade han avtalet vi gjort på en pdf fil där det fanns en massa sidor av minitexter. På sida 6-7 fanns det en liten rad där de kräver kreditkort. Denna pdf är gjord medvetet för att blåsa människor på deras pengar. Tydligen många drabbade och många som fått avboka. Killen som körde oss till bilföretaget sa till mig att företaget blåser turister på förskottsbetalningen. Det vill säga de får en att betala förskottsbetalningen och skapar sedan problem som tvingar kunden till att göra en avbokning och man får inte pengarna tillbaka. Inte acceptabelt, hela vår resa blev nu förstörd!”
“My car hire 8th of june 2024 was cancel by green motion on untrue statement, that I didn't have my driving licence with me. Green Motion lied and Carjet still wouldn't refund. I am out of pocked of £600, trip was cancelled. Totally unfair.”
“Carjet Car Rental - Disappointing Experience**
I recently booked CJT-147617786 a car rental through Carjet for 6 days at a cost of £141.58. The vehicle was to be supplied by Alamo Car Rental. After completing the booking, I received a confirmation email that stated a credit card was required for the rental. Unfortunately, I do not have a credit card, so I had to cancel the booking.
The cancellation took place less than 2 hours after making the booking, yet I was informed via email that no refund would be issued. To make matters worse, there is no email address or phone number available to contact Carjet for support.
This experience has been shocking and extremely disappointing. I can't believe the lack of customer service and support provided by Carjet. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through this company.”

“The rented car hasn't been provided. I was waiting in Poland in Krakow, but although I received the confirmation there was nobody with car. I tried to call them a lot of times but nobody answer. It is unbelievable!!! I wrote the claim to receive back my money. Carjet asked me to provide them list of my phone connection and then stopped to answer. How is it possible that so dishonest company still working? I wouldn't recommend this company even my enemy.”
“You get what you pay for and soon as something don't work out you can't get any support. The call center is not available for 20-30 min and then a call center employee is just lying to you over the phone. We didn't get our car at Riga Airport and carjet.com call center employee told me we would get our reservation money back because they didn't inform us beforehand that the car was only reserved for 1 hour, but we didn't get any refund or support from carjet.com. As customer this is really sad.”

Logo a seguir depois de te descontar o dinheiro enviam te outro email a dar a seguinte info: será necessário efetuar um depósito de 2100 euros para poder levantar o carro!!Logo de seguida vem o seguro do carro que vai desde 7,50€ ate 53,20 por dia !! Resumindo não vale a pena efetuar a reserva pois sao intermediários das rent a car!!!”
“I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Car Jet. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. I booked a car on August 16th through their website, and despite the payment being processed, I did not receive a confirmation email or the car itself upon arriving at Madeira airport.
Since then, I have sent multiple emails and made several attempts to contact customer service regarding a refund. To date, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and failure to address my refund request is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service.
I am deeply frustrated by this situation and the unprofessional handling of my case. I strongly advise against using Car Jet, as their service is unreliable and their customer support is non-existent.”
“Wij boekten 2 dagen voor vertrek een auto bij Carjet (Zakynthos). Binnen 10 minuten hadden we 3 mailtjes met felicitaties voor de boeking en nog vragen over te leveren informatie. Deze informatie toevoegen, bleek lastig. Een rode waarschuwing dat er niks gewijzigd kon worden en een annulering zou volgen en we al het geld kwijt zouden zijn. Dus eerst vragen om wijzigingen door te geven en dan zo’n reactie… Annuleren was idd niet mogelijk want dat kon tot 48 uur van te voren. Anders hadden we dat gedaan.
Op Zakynthos werden we naar een klein kantoortje gebracht. Zouden we een automaat meekrijgen, terwijl we met versnellingen geboekt hadden, ware het niet dat in de kleine letters stond dat de creditcard waarmee we betaald hadden op mijn naam moest staan, als hoofdbestuurder, Deze stond op naam van mijn dochter, die wel 2 jaar haar rijbewijs heeft maar als 19-jarige in Griekenland niet mag rijden. Ik bood aan om een fors bedrag als borg te betalen, maar dat mocht ook niet. Een baas spreken was ook niet mogelijk, alleen mailen was een optie. Dus zonder auto en met een taxi naar het hotel. Ondertussen 3 mails verstuurd, maar, zoals wel een beetje verwacht, geen enkele reactie. Communicatie, klantvriendelijkheid en fatsoen kennen ze niet bij Carjet!”
“I used to be very pleased with Carjet. But got very disappointed the last time. Rented a car in Sofia airport Bulgaria for 2 days. On arrival, didn't find any car rental office with the name that was provided to me by Carjet. Sended email to Carjet Regarding refund of the amount that I paid for a car that were never delivered to me. But didn't get any answer and no money refund and no apology. Was standing in an airport at night with children and no car. Had to pay double amount to another car rental office. Carjet not answering at all.”

The Credit Card must be valid for at least 3 months, because you won't get a car like I did in Warsaw!
To book, you must pay for your insurance online with the card, validity does not matter here!
But if you don't rent it, it's hard to get your insurance back! Fraud
