“T-shirts are good quality, but they don't pay attention tp packaging so they've arrived with wrinkles. Delivery fee is high.”

“Pleased with the contents although I was not made aware of out of stock products ! So my parcel was short an alternative would of been appreciated rather than nothing considering the cost of postage could not order again !”

“Delivery was fast. The item I ordered was aged 6-12 months but barely fits my baby who is 6.5 months & very average sized so sizing is a bit off. Its lovely quality but I would probably order up a size next time”

“Good website for shopping for traditional Irish products. But just one complaint about your shipping & packaging. I don't understand why you charge 7.99 for express delivery when it takes 7/8 days to actually pack the products in your warehouse & have it ready for delivery. When your paying for express delivery you'd expect your product to be with you within 2/3 days. Well that's what I get from different Irish websites.”

“Prompt delivery however I ordered a book of postcards which arrived in a sizeable cardboard box with extra brown paper packaging and wrapped in bubble wrap. I see this as an awful waste of packaging. We know so much better about sustainability these days. An envelope would have been more than sufficient”

“A lovely bracelet, I was really happy with it, unfortunately and disappointingly I lost it the first time I wore it as it was too big really. It only comes in one size. Buyers remember to check wrist size before purchase”

“My first order was 2 gents hooded zipped cardigans. There were several loose threads in both cardigans but I let it go. My Son was travelling home abroad 2 days later so I fixed them up best I could, which I shouldn’t have had to do and sent them off with him. My next parcel which had several items were 2 items short most important were the gold plated shamrock earrings which changed on the site to rose gold. I phoned and explained what had happened and the agent assured me it would be sorted out. This was followed by email telling me I would receive them ASAP. They were for my daughter who is living in China, and I delayed sending her care package waiting on this delivery which took 2 weeks. What happened to express delivery. Anyway when I opened package no earrings. I am totally annoyed and upset. Not even a phone call. After sales service is appalling. I just hope my daughter receives her package now before Christmas less the earrings. I could just cry. I won’t be shopping with you again. Mary Finnegan”
