“My first order was 2 gents hooded zipped cardigans. There were several loose threads in both cardigans but I let it go. My Son was travelling home abroad 2 days later so I fixed them up best I could, which I shouldn’t have had to do and sent them off with him. My next parcel which had several items were 2 items short most important were the gold plated shamrock earrings which changed on the site to rose gold. I phoned and explained what had happened and the agent assured me it would be sorted out. This was followed by email telling me I would receive them ASAP. They were for my daughter who is living in China, and I delayed sending her care package waiting on this delivery which took 2 weeks. What happened to express delivery. Anyway when I opened package no earrings. I am totally annoyed and upset. Not even a phone call. After sales service is appalling. I just hope my daughter receives her package now before Christmas less the earrings. I could just cry. I won’t be shopping with you again. Mary Finnegan”

“not really happy with the price i had payed for the purchase when went into band m store the same glass with 2 bottles of guniess is £6.99 i did have the glass engraved but for the price dont think it was worth it”

“Hello, I receive my order, but I'm dissapointed because: First of all I expected to receive a material bag with sheeps as the one I bought directly from your shop, in Ireland, last year, but now I received a plastic one: Wacky Woolies Sheep Ireland Design Fold - Up Shopper Bag With handles... and I coudn't find in the details that the type of material... attached is a photo with the 2 bags... And also I expected the chocolate from Butlers Truffles With Irish Whiskey In Tapered Box 300G to be more fresh...attached is a photo.”

“I ordered 2 items, and am slightly disappointed, 1st the hat, I have a big head, as there was no actual measurements but the I chose large, which turned out to be huge, I think it might have just about fit the elephant man, 2nd I ordered some Guinness glasses,I only received 2 of the 4I ordered, a I love a pint, and being in lock down it seems that the only place I can have a beer is at home. Now, sending glasses through the mail, only wrapped in a single sheet of newspaper, well let's say they turned up as a pile of sand, smashed to smithereens. It took 6 weeks to get the original order, and only 2 weeks to get the replacement. Well my fat headed Dad is wearing the hat and I am happily drinking out of the new glasses. If only the 1st delivery was as good as the second I would give you 5 stars.”

“I have already sent an email, but again this is my second time to order from Carrolls. It is the second time I have ordered two separate items in the one order. It is the second time that the two items arrived separately. Every time the items are perfect, but the gift is never complete when it first arrives which is frustrating for the sender and confusing / disappointing for the recipient.”
