“One of the items came with a cracked in the glass. Also the items were not packed very carefully”

“I had money returned to my card, previously to receiving what I had ordered, and I was never told anything about it (no explanation about what items where not available, or why the value had been returned). The fabric in some of the items was not very good quality and/or was poorly handled and, because of that, was not in very good condition.”

“The delivery to Spain was correct. The package had all the products but the t-shirt was totally wrinkled. I suggest a little more love when packaging the products.”

“Well, they messed up my order, and didn't tell me they were out of stock on certain things...The chocolates I did receive were all melted. Aside from that, they were very pleasant, but, I won't be ordering from them again. Too many problems.”

“The message I sent was not included with the hamper therefore the family did not know whom it was from. They eventually rang Carrolls and traced who it was from. To be honest, it was embarrassing for the family as well as for me. I was disappointed”

“Irish gifts were good, however, I felt that delivery and understanding of the customer was not so generous. I was given the option of standard delivery or Express. I took express the package was delivered until three days after Easter and was ordered 4 days previous to Easter. When I questioned this I was told it was the same fee for both. Really my concern was that I wished and paid for speedy delivery, as that was the choice I was given initially. The customer services individual told me if I was not happy that when the package arrived, I could send it back. This was still not an option, as the package was a gift, that I was not personally receiving, I was the purchaser. I felt dismissed.”
