“Ordered nearly 250 euro of gifts. 3 of the boxes the items were either faulty or damaged.”

“I ordered 2 T-Shirts and they are nice, but I ordered on 08.12.21 and I needed to wait until 03.12.21. I mean it was a transport problem. But anyway I'm happy now. Thank you”

“We cannot write a review because we have not received the items we purchased. Our purchase was on October 14, online of course. Getting close to a month, and no delivery. Tracking number indicates our order was received for delivery in U.S. on October 16. No updates since then. We do need for our items to be delivered prior to November 24. We are flying to a family reunion for Thanksgiving, on the 24th. Our items were to be gifts to some family members. We would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and expedite deliveryof our purchased items. Thank you. Regards, Bob & Sharon”

“I live in Canada, I ordered two Aaron blankets, and one sweater. The first box came with the a sweater and one blanket. After tracking down the second box it came the following week. The delivery person told me I owed money on it. I couldn’t believe it I had to pay $80. Not impressed. That was an awful expensive blanket.”

“Very lovely gift, reasonably priced. Unfortunately I paid extra to get a card with a personalised message which failed to arrive. My 86year old mother didn't know the gift was from her Grandkids and didn't get the Message. But apart from that, it was lovely”

“Carrolls team should have informed me about the possibility to pay extra costs for the customs. I sent a box as a present and the receiver paid for it. Moreover, the lead time is not 5-7 days as mentioned. This should have been clarified as well.”

“Although pleased with the contents of the hamper we sent to my son and daughter in law for their anniversary, it arrived without the greetings card we paid extra for, so they had no idea who had sent it which caused confusion. When I queried this I must say the customer care was very poor. Although admitting it was an oversight at despatch and a refund for the card was given, there was little concern over this error. I probably will not use this service again.”

“I paid for personalising two glasses. I was disappointed with the ink. It wasn't very clear to read. I presumed it would be white like the white ink on the Guinness symbol.”
