I don’t think the hamper was worth £99.00, I paid for it. Not enough items really.

The gift box was lovely, but i was sending it to spain & only half the address was put on it so very lucky it got there, also the hand written card was very badly written...it should have been printed....very unprofessional looking....i'm sorry, i don't like to critizise but feel it has to be said 😕

I have no problem with the company but the product received is very poor quality. I have previously purchased an Ireland flag from you and it lasted well over a year but the content of the latest flag received cannot be the same as the previous. It has only been flying a few months and it is in tatters already (see photo provided)

Great item received st patricks day badges but delivery stated 2 days took longer would be helpful to customers if stated how long despatch of item would take

Haven’t received the order. Placed 11-24. Shipped 11-27. Was told 57 business days to the US. Sent a request to find out what was going on Thursday 12-16. Said they would respond in 24 hours. Nope. Just checked this am and see it made it to US yesterday 12-17. Hoping to have it for Christmas?!?!

These were purchased as Christmas gifts but the packaging was inadequate for such a purchase. One chocolate bomb was broken in each of the boxes - so I can only get two good gifts from the order. Before I received the first order a second one was placed. I have not yet received it so only time will tell. Since some are broken I can see that the chocolate is rather thin, so seems the price was high for the product delivered. I’m sure you have other lovely items but I will not be ordering the Chocolate Bombs ever again.

Hello! I received prompt replies to the issues I have with my order, and your Customer Service Reps were very nice. The thing is.... I ordered 2 pairs of knitted white bedroom slippers, but, because my feet swell a lot (I'm 81 years old and with a severe liver condition which causes the swelling), and I put the slippers on and only tried them out on my carpet (and I wore peds with them), but, within 30 minutes the cord that is within the edge of the opening, I think due to the fact it doesn't "give", caused my feet to swell horribly, so I need to return them. I have a really old pair of very similar ones (cheaper grade) and, when I found your higher quality slippers, I was elated! Anyway, I read on your site in order to return an item, to contact you for instructions and to set it up. I did this, on line, and received instructions I would have to have a printer to print a return label for free shipping. However, I don't have a working printer and asked how to handle. A different Customer Service Rep replied and offered for me to keep them and she could give me a refund of half the amount. I honestly don't have anyone who wears a size 8, so I can't sell or gift them to anyone else. I wonder if you could send a return label to me, so I can return them. I am so disappointed they won't work for me, as I have not been able to find a slipper that works and have been looking over a year. I absolutely LOVE these, but that roping - with no give - causes the swelling to be extremely bad. Please advise a solution. PS: I did review your site and love all of your products and have told many of my friends to check it out, as you have awesome offerings. I had ordered of the same 4 items as gifts on 11/19/21 and on 12/8/21 I received my order but only 2 of the items were in the box. They are sending the other 2 but it will not be received in time. So I am extremely disappointed. I tried to plan ahead with plenty of time to receive items in time. I informed them of when I needed items hoping they would send through express mail.

It was very easy to put together and my daughter was delighted with it but it had past the expiry date by 4 months so it wasn't edible. It was 15 euros and that was sale price and I thought it was expensive.

The Baileys Irish cream chocolate bombs are poorly packaged for shipment. Two out of 6 boxes had broken bombs (2 out of 3) in their packages. Very dissapointing after waiting 3 weeks for the items.

The Stone itself arrived in good time and I'm very happy to be able to give it to my friend, but there was a ridiculous amount of packaging! See photos.

I am sure it's good but the picture showed individual candies and I thought that is what I bought... now I cannot do stocking suffers... so that is why it's not a five...

I was disappointed that the sweater as advertised with leather buttons, came with plastic, fake looking leather buttons. I specifically purchased this sweater because I wanted genuine leather buttons. After contacting your store, the individual, rather than checking the description of the sweater, argued with me until, I imagine, she read the description and then apologized. The sweater is lovely, but I have had to purchase leather buttons to replace the plastic ones that it came with.
