“Was very disappointed as i spent 20euro on my babys first st patricks day outfit it was absolutely stunning. It was sized 0-6 months my baby was only 3 months so i didnt have any concerns about sizing so i took the tag off to prevent scrapping the baby and the outfit wouldnt fit the baby atall so disappointed the dress is just sitting there now as i cant get a refund without tags”

“The quality of products delivered was excellent. However, the delivery took 2 days longer than Carroll's estimate. This was disappointing as I was sending products to the US for my niece to wear on St Patricks Day and they only arrived late that day.”

“I didn't receive one of my items on my order and I had to follow up on it only to be told it was not available. I had planned to send my items to my family in usa so it was very disappointing.. I shouldn't have been able to order if it wasn't available.”

“I had an issue on my first order where the website hadn't been updated so 2 of the items ordered couldn't be delivered. That was disappointing and not a great first impression however once I emailed I got an explanation and a refund fairly quickly. I would use them again.”

“I bought something which was marketed as a mother's Day and later only noticed the teddy had a Dublin t-shirt on it. Not very mothery. I think there's a great opportunity for you to align the gifts with your marketing”
