“Per me non sono seri, ho fatto 2 ordini, 1 era conpleto, l altro no, li ho contattati diverse volte anche tramite pay pal, e tutte le volte mi dicevano che rispedivano l oggetto, ad oggi dopo più di un mese non ho ricevuto niente, e neanche un messaggio, mi dispiace ma non li consiglio!”

“I’ve never received my last order. I just know that it arrived in France then... nothing. The way the items are travelling is not efficient. When I asked for help, carrolls just answered to ask my local post. But... if my order was arrived... my local post would have given it to me... I like the products but the customer has no protection.”

“Had problems with delivery, informed Carroll's, took word of courier it was delivered when it wasn't, arrived approx 5 days later and not when they said delivered? No apology from Carroll's, they made out that I got it. thought customer is always right? Also, no follow up to see if arrived.”

“ordered 3 sets of cufflinks for the groomsmen in my wedding party. Got onto customer support immediately when only 2 were delivered in the package and got an email saying they would be shipped out they still havent arrived and the wedding was last week.”

“Poncho sweater had a defect. I sent pictures via two emails on the same day I received the package (which had the item in a mailing bag with NO protective covering for the sweater) and no one responded. Not even an acknowledgment. I was going to order gifts for Christmas but this happening will look elsewhere”
