“I contacted your customer service they never got back to me. I ordered lighters to be personalised. They weren’t personalised when they came and they don’t work. And noone will contact me back!”

“Per me non sono seri, ho fatto 2 ordini, 1 era conpleto, l altro no, li ho contattati diverse volte anche tramite pay pal, e tutte le volte mi dicevano che rispedivano l oggetto, ad oggi dopo più di un mese non ho ricevuto niente, e neanche un messaggio, mi dispiace ma non li consiglio!”

“I’ve never received my last order. I just know that it arrived in France then... nothing. The way the items are travelling is not efficient. When I asked for help, carrolls just answered to ask my local post. But... if my order was arrived... my local post would have given it to me... I like the products but the customer has no protection.”
