“Poncho sweater had a defect. I sent pictures via two emails on the same day I received the package (which had the item in a mailing bag with NO protective covering for the sweater) and no one responded. Not even an acknowledgment. I was going to order gifts for Christmas but this happening will look elsewhere”

“Both items I ordered were poorly packed and arrived broken. I sent pictures and was promised replacements. I’ve received nothing but a bogus tracking number for a package that could not be mine. I’ve always shopped in your stores but never again.”

“Bought item . which is nice . But to small . So contacted You to see if I could exchange it for one size bigger. You’re lovely phone person said . Sort it’s not worth us exchanging as it’s not economic for us . But You will refund money . And you can gift the item to a friend.. NOTHING HAPPENED”

“Ordered goods to go to australia. Took my money then when I chased to see where package was, was told was on way. Then an post tell me no post going to oz. Unprofessional, need to be on the ball nowadays with website, very disappointing and wont be coming back. Sorry but it's my honest opinion, way too many other good companies doing better than carrolls, so you're losing out and need to up your game”
