I bought T-shirts on February, and the size was very small. I ask who I can return but they never responded.

My order never received and my inquiry never acknowledged outside of an automated system. I will not be ordering from Carrolls in the future.

Dear all, I bought a Guinnes Pint and I payed for a box for the glass.. but unfortunately I didn’t received the box, just the glass. I tried contact you but I haven’t return. Kind regards, Jonas Felipps

Dear sir/madam, I am very disappointed that i ordered and paid for two products only one of which was delivered. There was no reason or explanation as to why the second product had not been sent. I was also not reimbursed for this or given an explanation until i had to contact you which i find unacceptable . I had purchased the gimmick irish passport which i wanted as a gift for a dear friend. I was subsequently reimbursed for the product, without any further gesture offered. I find it unsatisfactory i paid postage for 2 items and received one.

I am very disappointed to discover the same gift pack of 2 glasses is available in Lidl at half price to what I paid only 2 weeks ago

ordered 2 items at end of November to have as Christmas gifts. After a lot of emails eventually someone replied in January. I was disgusted that my order had been misplaced!!! and only item was available . The other Genises Sheperds which I needed as a Christmas gift for my godson never arrived. Out of stock I was told. No offer to pay for delivery for other item was made . Will never be buying from Carrolls again

The delivery took for ever some of the items where broken as it was not shipped directly to USA and also they printed out the wrong address on shipment

I didn't receive part of what I ordered (replaced shamrock shortbread for fudge in a bus tin) and everything went out of date within a few days of receipt. Almost nothing will be in date for St Patrick's Day. Too busy on the front line to have time to send it all back!

Paid & ordered an item. Had to contact after 2wks as I had heard nothing. Was then informed I hadnt put a size on my order so there was a delay. I sent my proof that I had indeed put a size down . Got email back apologising saying it hadnt shown up on their system & that item would be sent out. Waited 4 days & emailed again as I had not received any item in post or a mail updating me. Was then replued to by a different person who said previous man dealing with me had got it wrong and item was no longer in stock, did I want a different item or a refund. I told her I didnt want a different item and how disappointed I was with their customer service. I received no reply, they just refunded my account 3 days later. Had used them over the years bit now will never use the site again & have told others the shambles it has become. I will of course leave a review also on trust pilot & other sites. Appalling communication.

Only one star I'm afraid. Sent me the wrong glasses. I ordered 500ml can glasses and received full pint glasses. Only realised a few days ago when I poured a 500ml can into one. Didn't bother returning them as I'd used one. ☹

Poor service, long delays in processing the order and with the return. I had to chase my order few times before it was processed (it took over a month) and I still got the wrong item sent. Return took a long time as well and I only received the refund after I chased it. Did not have a good experience at all.

Ordered on the 28th January with package only arriving on the 11th March with little assistance from the business. Incomplete order arrived consisting of clothing for our son and his cousins for their childcare St Patrick Festivities on Wednesday !!!!! With appalling customer service to accompany an extremely poor overall experience
