“I live in Australia and bought a nice gift for my mum who lives in the UK. She loved the gift, however, I was disappointed that Carrolls did not afford me the opportunity to add a personal card to her in the parcel to say it was from me with love. As such, I won't use Carrolls again but was happy with the gift and my mum's reaction.”

“(I had an hesitation between 3 and 4 stars.) Products are very good. I am satisfied about them. However, I did not receive one of my ordered products. I wanted to send them to my brother for Christmas. It has not been possible. That is why I am disappointed. The delivery was too long, to my opinion ( 16 days).”

“Ordered a glass stein for a Christmas gift on December 5. I received it December 29, which was unfortunate as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I noticed from the tracker that it took a great deal of time for the parcel to be registered and then it seemed to just sit at the Dublin post office. The stein was well packaged, but not timely at all, which I understand may be beyond Carrolls' control. I would still recommend Carrolls as I visited a few while in Ireland a couple of years ago and have ordered by mail in the past with no difficulty.”
