“I received a hamper that wasn’t packaged correctly. I didn’t complain as the hat and scarf were both lovely. Without me even having to say anything I received another package apologising for same along with a complimentary gift. Amazing customer service. Would order again without a doubt! My dad loves his hat and scarf. Thank you :)”

Hi Johanna, You ordered an item to the USA that is marked as Europe only on our website as it contains alcohol. The package was held by US customs as a result and delayed. It has since made it through customs and is on its way to you via USPS Regards, Dara

“I'm stuck with my order, most oder arrived late. I had to purchase substitute presents since order arrived late. My friends complimented chocolate with whiskeys. Maybe August is the best month to place order for Christmas, making allowances for delay shipment. I cannot recommend, I don't want my friends blame me if order is delayed.”
