“Ordered a Guinness glass with engraving. Emailed 7days later to tell me It was no longer in stock and could an alternative glass be given. I agreed and waited another 6 days for delivery. When it arrived, there was nothing engraved on it. Really disappointed as it was to be a gift for Christmas.”

“I ordered a package for a family member in Canada on the 6th of December and it still has not been delivered ... Order number car00485761. I got the following response from you . Your tracking number is LX303381690IE and I can see it is still in transit on Canada Post website. They have had severe delays there over Christmas. What would you like us to do at this point as it will likely arrive in the next few days? The recipient in Canada has followed up with Canada post . I have attached their reply. I would appreciate that this matter is cleared up as soon as possible. George”

“Another loved gift by my Mom and Mother-in-law! I got them a gift basket/hamper filled with delicious Irish treats like hot chocolate, tea, shortbread cookies, candy, chocolate caramels, and whiskey fudge. Plus, a Christmas scented candle, hand cream, and Baileys milk chocolate truffles. They both received their gifts fairly quickly despite the delays in shipping this year due to the pandemic. I got them Mother's Day gifts from Carroll's Irish Gifts last year and they enjoyed them so much that I decided to order their Christmas gifts from Carroll's too. They enjoyed them just as much as they enjoyed their Mother's Day gifts. I will definitely order again and will recommend!”
