“Hello, I still haven’t received my order despite buying it late November (on the 21st). I do understand that delivery times have been impacted by the pandemic (on top of the regular delay around Christmas) but we’re talking about over 6 weeks now… Here is my tracking number: LX303197424IE. “I order there every year for Christmas and there’s always a problem. This year I ordered on the 8 of December and received the package a month later only. They said it was An Post fault vu An Post said they never received my package. I had to ask for another delivery for free for them to Miraculously find my package.”

“Gifts are brilliant quality items website needs upgrading spent several days trying to purchase items but at end of process it asked read conditions when I ticed box it frooze. Tried to communicate this with carrolls but no reply.”

“I ordered a gift for Christmas for my husband which according to Carrolls IrishGifts was shipped on 13th Dec. I paid extra for a high-speed service. I understand that there have been problems with fedex but it is now the 3rd Jan and I have no idea where my item is. Carrolls Irish Gifts must get compensation from Fedex but I have not been offered a refund for the extra I paid for the high speed service or offered the items at the Sale price which they are now currently at.”

“Waste of Time. Orders placed 6 days before guaranteed deadline for delivery in time for Christmas. Paid for express delivery and goods still not received. Customer service have just apologised on behalf of everyone else and stated it a busy time of year”

Hi Aibhe, Your package left in good time to arrive pre Christmas. I can see it arrived in New Zealand on 18th December where it stayed in a Fedex depot until December 28th for some reason and then started to move again. I have flagged this with Fedex and have requested more information. I am sorry your package did not arrive pre Xmas. Regards, DAra
