“The item was ordered on December 7 and it didn't ship until December 12. It was supposed to ship in 5 - 7 business days. I ordered in plenty of time to receive it on December 18, which is when I needed it. It did not arrive until December 22, also after I had left to go home for Christmas so total waste of time.”

“I ordered 2 calendars online as gifts for some French friends. Unfortunately, I could not work out how to send the gifts straight to France, and had to have them sent here to Cork , from where I posted them on to France. This had the advantage of letting me see at first hand the high quality of the photography. I was very pleased. Perhaps you could let me know how I could send a gift to someone, not at my own address. I'm sure it is very straightforward.”

“The merino wool is soft and pliable. The fit is good (size 2X). The color is as shown (charcoal grey). And...best of all: it arrived in time for Christmas! Thank, you for expediting my order and the upholding such wonderful quality and tradition.”

“Quality of goods ordered - 5 stars, Processing - 4 stars (4 days), communication with the company about shipping - 2 stars. The items ordered were of excellent quality, once they finally arrived. I feel that the company needs to be more transparent to overseas customers when presenting shipping options. I qualified for free shipping and was given the choice of "free", "2-3 day Express" or "Overnight". So I chose "free", not knowing that meant it was hand rowed across the Atlantic in a small boat, rather than jetted by DHL or FedEx. The goods are excellent, but plan on waiting a month for delivery if you want to use the "free" shipping to the USA.”
