“Bad experience with shipping and items in stock; took too much time informing me of the out of stock item and late delivery of the second item. Then chargesdfull shipping rates for a late delivery. I waited over 20 days for delivery.”

“I love Carrolls Irish Gifts. The products are fantastic, however this last order that I placed - Christmas gifts to be delivered to friends in Ireland - proved more frustrating than festive. The first Item ordered allowed for a gift message to be included. The second item, which I had to order separately since there was no way to put in a different delivery address, gave me no opportunity for a gift message. When I emailed Carrolls customer support to include a gift message, the reply was that they were basically too busy at Christmas to sort that out. Needless to say, I did not order the third item that I wanted to send to yet another friend. Very disappointing!”

“I was pleased with everything except 1 bauble was cracked. There were 3 baubles, they were too tightly wrapped in the bubble wrap. I couldn't use 1 of them”

“Good products, but shipping said 3-4 working days and took over 2 weeks to arrive (no delay was mentioned upon placing my order), so arrived after they were needed and were non-refundable as they were personalized.”
