“Great store to visit in person when I’m visiting home from USA but online service isn’t so good . Spent hours carefully ordering gifts and then wasn’t even informed they were out of stock till my package shipped.”

“The gift I purchased was very nice. However, I ordered the gift on November 8th, the shipping was listed as 5-7 business days, and I need this by Thanksgiving. I was never notified of any delay and had to initiate all communication. The item wasn’t even shipped until December 4th. I did not receive it until December 14th. The delay ended up costing me an additional $40 in shipping because I had to mail it rather than give it to the recipient in person. There was no attempt by Carrolls Irish Gifts to make the situation right. Very disappointed in the customer service.”

“I haven't tried everything yet but so far all the chocolates have been delicious. The shipment came as soon as could be expected, given it was an international order. I only have one minor complaint: while I got everything I ordered and was charged the right amount, the receipt that came with the box was not my order.”

“Absolutely terrible customer service. I couldn't be more disappointed as a fellow Carroll. My order was incomplete and then no replacement or refund, even though I was asked what I wanted to do about your error!!! No further replies to my recent emails at all.... nothing!!! Awful!!”
