“The customer service was excellent when I had a question about my email. The package arrived in good condition and within a good time frame and the three items, I ordered for my husband were wonderful. He loved the Guinness cooler bag, the game, and the engraved Guinness glass (it is beautiful). Thank you very much for making his Christmas special. A very satified Indiana, USA customer.”

“One item was missing . I had to contact them. As it was a Christmas gift it would have been nice to know that it was out of stock. I was charged and am waiting to see about a refund”
