“At the end of November, I ordered four tea sets as Christmas gifts for my mother and my three aunts. Unfortunately, I received only one tea set as there was an unfortunate mixup with the shipping. I contacted customer service and they were very nice and refunded my credit card right away. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a discount coupon or some other offer to come back and order again. These were gifts that I expected to give for Christmas and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, I feel that I should have been offered something for the inconvenience of my items not arriving.”

“The rainbow scarf made of colors from plants of Ireland is luxuriously soft and warm and the most beautiful scarf I have ever owned. Gave this latest one to my sister. LOVE IT”

“50/50 as half of the order has not arrived. I ordered early expecting a delay to the US, but the bulk of my order has yet to show, 2 days after Christmas. What DID show were the pint glasses, intact. That was certainly a fear.”

“Ordered on 12/1/21. Package was shipped. Correct address. Not delivered. Returned. Waiting for package to be re shipped. Hopefully the shipping company won’t blow off the delivery the second time around. It’s a birthday gift ! Frustrated ! You should have a phone number to call from the USA”

“Really reasonably priced glasses! My husband is very pleased with the Guinness 200z Gravity Pint glass and particularly the Guinness Embossed Stem glass I bought him for Christmas. Would recommend Carroll’s and would buy from them again.”

“I put together a couple of gift baskets with items that I could only find at Carroll's Irish Gifts. The items were very fresh and arrived well packaged and rather quickly. Fast and friendly customer service. Lovely store. Recommend highly.”
