“Really unhappy. We’ve received Carroll’s hampers before ourselves as gifts and we really loved them & thought they were very high quality. But then I ordered one for my friend who had been very ill. I paid almost €12 for express delivery which said it would be delivered within 2-3 days. That was almost 4 weeks ago now & my friend still hasn’t received her gift. I’ve contacted customer services a few times & all I have been told is that it’s still in transit. They apologised for the delay but there was no offer to refund my delivery fee. I also asked if they could re-send the gift but they ignored me completely. Won’t be ordering from here again”

“I had a very difficult time getting my order to go through on the website. I actually just gave up trying to place my order, when my original order was delivered! I was more than satisfied with the merchandise that arrived. But I don’t know why the order process was such a nightmare. I tried to send a text to alert them to the issue, but never received an acknowledgement that they received my text.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I ordered my husband a bike shirt in size large. It was a bit tight. Their return process was free and easy. I ordered the XL, and as soon as my size L was returned, the credit came through on the original purchase. Since there were multiple transactions, I was so impressed that everything was done flawlessly! I've told many friends to order from here. Keep up the great work!”

“Bonjour, Je ne peux noter vos articles que mes filles n'ont jamais reçus. Le colis a bien été présenté à l'adresse, mais n'a pas été livré, alors que mes filles étaient présentes dans l'appartement à ce moment là. Depuis, le colis a malheureusement disparu, vous a t il été retourné ? Nous sommes très déçus, vos produits avaient l'air très sympas, vous devriez peut-être changer de transporteur, qui n'a fait aucun effort pour que ce colis arrive à bon port. Nous avons même été avisé que le colis avait transité par ... les USA !!! N'espérant malheureusement plus le recevoir, je me vois dans l'obligation de vous demander le remboursement ?
