“Disaster. Really poor service. Items I ordered to Spain for a friend Juan Antonio at Xmas never arrived. I have contacted 2x by mail and tried numerous times to contact by phone leaving messages and no one as contacted me back. Simply not acceptable Extremely disappointing service . Will not use ever again. Still waiting to talk to someone. Hoping but not holding my breath for contact after this review. Caroline Gibson Nolan”

“I was disappointed in the green t-shirt that I ordered. It shows it as a v-neck but it arrived and was a round nect. I'm not going to spend the money to send it back, but it would be nice if the item received was the same as the item pictured.”

“My order didn't get delivered spent numerous hours trying to sort it to no avail. Eventually refused order as it were 2 weeks late. Still haven't had been fully refunded all my money. Totally disappointed and will never order from here again”
