“I was so impressed with the service and quality of Irish Carrolls gifts. When we realised we could not travel to Ireland this Christmas I made a very last minute order for gifts for my parents, the package arrived 2 days later during the busiest period of the year and my parents were absolutely delighted with the gifts. Thank you Carrolls for brightening our Christmas.”

Hey there, We're sorry for the delayed delivery! We've seen postal services facing delays with COVID and Christmas and this has caused some trouble with getting post delivered. “Ordered one medium and a large to get the right size told they were in stock, Sadly after a while refunded for the large which probably would have been the best fit and the order took so long to arrive, it will be my first and last.”

“Ordered products for Christmas on the 12th December and they did not arrive in time. I emailed several times and got back the same stock excuse. I live in the north so it should’ve reached me within 5 working days. They did eventually give a refund after numerous emails. Would not recommend, one of the worst companies it have had the displeasure of using.”

“Hi I am unable to review any of the items as I have still not received them, they were ordered on 16th December and I paid for express delivery guaranteed within 2-3 working days. I've checked the tracking information on fed ex and to my amazement the package has gone from Dublin to Stansted then back to Dublin and back to Stansted again!!!! The package only had to come 1 hour down the motorway to Newry from Dublin! It has been a hugely disappointing process as it was meant to be a Christmas present for my brother I would like a full refund on the products and for the extra money paid for express delivery Regards Ryan Lynch”

“My daughter requested Lamb slippers for Christmas. She also embraces her Irish heritage, so when I found the lamb slippers, I ordered them. 1) My initial question as to whether the small would fit her (she is a size 6 women's show), was promptly answered. When I finally got back to ordering them, I didn't think they would arrive before she went back to college-they came very quickly and she absolutely loves them. In addition to the slippers, I ordered a pair of wool socks. They were huge!!! and too rough feeling for me-I don't know if they will get softer with washing(?) They fit my husband, so I gave them to him for hunting. They seem like good quality. I will definitly order again.”

“I am delighted with the cup and saucer. I belong a group online called 'Peacock Spirit' and posted a photo of it there, as the cup has a peacock on the side! I love IreIand and the cup and saucer remind me of happy times spent there...and family connections/Tara etc... Thank you.”
