“I am still waiting. The post office never delivered the gift . They never called the phone number on the gift .I asked you for a post office code so I could claim the parcel but you never even answered me. I have actually visited the island at this stage,and purchased the crisps at the airport, I have delivered them and your parcel still hasn’t arrived. It will be sent back to you since I have no way to claim it. Can you please refund me and we will forget that this disaster ever happened. I feel like going on Facebook to see if it has happened to other people. Brendan”

“Only one item delivered, it was a gift. Only after contacting them was I informed the omitted item was not available. They were chocolates, could they not have been substituted with another? Was refunded quickly enough but I would have appreciated a heads up on what was sent. Why I was able to order in the first place? It was frustrating.”

“Very negative, they write over 69 euros free delivery, then I buy for 80 € and the result is 27€ of delivery fee. I ask them back: no way. Never more. Customer defrauded customer lost for ever. Be careful. Molta attenzione ⚠️ con questa ditta.”
