“There were a lot of changes in the hamper i got. Granted it was Christmas and I’m sure they were just trying to sort out out but a cheese cutter thing was missing and that was a bit of a decider for me. Otherwise, decent and fair value.”

“Perfect for some Christmas shopping. Competitive prices, free delivery (above a certain value, easy to hit), very well wrapped (a number of very fragile items in order), and no hassle of going out to get them. Perfect for current Covid times. Great range too.”

“Not the first time to use this website great for gifts. The only issue I had was the delay from ordering to receipt which unfortunately was after Christmas. I guess in part this was due to the time of year and the bureaucracy with customs as the parcel was destined for the UK.”

“Good but removed a star because they don’t update their stocks. Which caused me to order something for Xmas, had no news about it until I enquired and they told me it was out of stock! After they charged me ofc… was refunded in the end but had to order another thing just a few days before Xmas and it was really stressful. The customer service people were very polite though but please update your stocks, and above all warn customers of the issue instead of letting them figure it out…”

“I had the worst service here and with an post. I ordered a gift which I was told would arrive in 3-5 working days which was perfect as I ordered as a Christmas gift. Christmas Eve Eve came and still no update on where it was, I messaged them and was told to track it but an post weren’t scanning updates so I had no way of tracking it not even through an email. I messaged again on Christmas Eve and didn’t get a reply for 4 days telling me what I had heard and not answering my questions. I eventually received this parcel on 8th Jan 2022 - 22 days after buying it!!! (Not 3-5 working days) and considering I live in the country!?? Will not be buying again.”

“I've waited almost a month to receive my order when it was suppose to arrive within 10 days. Ok it was Christmas period but I ordered it more than 10 days before Christmas and received it 20 days after! Inacceptable! I had nothing to put under my Christmas tree!”
