“The glass finally arrived after 21 days and it's beautiful. The problem? After the parcel left Ireland there was no tracking. This was a gift so tracking would have been a real bonus. Receiving return emails from customer service took days and when they came, there was no helpful information. Lots of wasted time trying to find out when this gift might arrive. Late of course which is to be expected on a parcel from Ireland but the lack of customer service was huge.”

“I absolutely love the products from Carol‘s Irish gifts. I was in Ireland in October and bought many gifts to bring back home to family and friends. Since I’ve been home I’ve made two orders from Carroll’s and I’m just thrilled with the products. Everything is excellent quality. Shipping is super quick. I highly recommend shopping with Carroll ‘s”
