“Still awaiting delivery. Ordered on 14th of December, I knew it would not arrive before Xmas, but it is now the 8th of January and it has not arrived.”

“I ordered a Christmas Dublin tree ornament as a gift. Living in the USA I was concerned that it might not arrive in time for the festive season, as it was ordered in December. I was not disappointed as delivery took place before the 25th. As for the ornament, the graphics depicting the city of Dublin are excellent and are of good quality. The item was in a presentation box and well protected during shipping by sturdy packing.”

“The earrings themselves are gorgeous and a great gift however they were shipped recklessly. I paid for the express 2 day FedEx shipping it and wasn't shipped out for over a week and a half which is understandable with the supply chain issues currently and holidays but they were shipped in the most reckless way. They put the earrings box in a thin plastic bag with absolutely no padding or protection. No tissue paper, bubble wrap or anything. It arrived completely smashed and the box broke into pieces. Fortunately, the earings inside survived but after such delays and paying not only for expensive jewelry on top of extra for premium shipping they would at least ship the gift with some respect. I had to gift it with the disclaimer to my significant other that the box was smashed but fortunately the gift inside was okay.”

“Never again! So, so slow. Got a small refund without any reason. No invoice to state what was sent. As it was a gift I should not have to ask the recipient if everything arrived. Asked several times when the items would be shipped and was just ignored.”

“I ordered on November 30 to be sure to receive Christmas. By December 22, I had not received anything. Following my many complaints, they tell me they are sending it to me by express. It's January 7th and I just received my order. The definition of "express" needs to be reviewed. Hyper disappointed. I will recommend more. Exhausting chasing after a command that doesn't arrive.”
