“Service was a disgrace. Ordered online for click and collect in store, because they say the order will be ready in two days. After two weeks still no news on my order. Had to go in the shop, once there I found out that the order had been ready for days, they just didn't notified me”

“Very poor service. I had to ring 4 times for the order to be sent. The engraved message was wrong after explaining 4 times of what it should be. I paid the price for 2 whiskey glasses,I received pint glasses with no money refund”

“I still haven't received your order, I ordered it 3 weeks ago, so I ordered it on December 13 and I haven't received it until January 7, I know there were holidays in between, but I usually receive all other orders from Europe within a few days. Please make an inquiry where the package got stuck! Very nice cups i got on january 12th so 1 day less than 1 month after the Order, Christmas -New year gift went to hell. Too bad they are really nice cups!”
