“Order placed 7th December 2021, allegedly dispatched 14th December 2021. Never received. Refund requested never received either as of 5th January 2022. This was our first order with Carroll’s and it will the last.”

“I was so glad you had the Butlers Dark Chocolate bars with Whiskey in stock! I bought a couple at a specialty store to try & they were delicious! Went back to buy more but they had sold out. I was so appreciative that you could ship them to me & they arrived before Christmas so I was able to give one to my dad who loves Whiskey & Chocolate. Thank You!”

“Carrolls Irish Gifts is an exceptional store with high quality merchandise. The ease of selection, and ordering on line was a quick and easy process. I had my wonderful Aran wool poncho sent to me in America in less than two weeks! I was very impressed with the beautiful color and design! I plan on ordering a sweater this week! A pleasant experience from start to finish!”

“Bad experience with shipping and items in stock; took too much time informing me of the out of stock item and late delivery of the second item. Then chargesdfull shipping rates for a late delivery. I waited over 20 days for delivery.”
