“I had ordered of the same 4 items as gifts on 11/19/21 and on 12/8/21 I received my order but only 2 of the items were in the box. They are sending the other 2 but it will not be received in time. So I am extremely disappointed. I tried to plan ahead with plenty of time to receive items in time. I informed them of when I needed items hoping they would send through express mail.”

“Well as of right now my packages are set to be sent back to you, because you did not provide the information to customs. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. I will remember this in the future. I can not review your product, when I have not received them. I can not believe this, I have to give you a star to get my review submitted! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT! BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE PROPER PAPERWORK!!!”

“It was very easy to put together and my daughter was delighted with it but it had past the expiry date by 4 months so it wasn't edible. It was 15 euros and that was sale price and I thought it was expensive.”

“Dont buy from this company, they take your money, lose your order and then say 'cant process a refund as their accounts system is down', no apology and stole my money. I have chased several times and I have seen the back of my money - Theives”

“I purchased 2packs of Bailey’s hot chocolate bombes. The packs were crushed and the bombes were all broken. The box they were shipped in was packed very well and cushioned. I have to assume the were put into the box already damaged. Very disappointed. Were purchased to be a Christmas gift. They are unuseable.”
