“The customer service was excellent when I had a question about my email. The package arrived in good condition and within a good time frame and the three items, I ordered for my husband were wonderful. He loved the Guinness cooler bag, the game, and the engraved Guinness glass (it is beautiful). Thank you very much for making his Christmas special. A very satified Indiana, USA customer.”

“One item was missing . I had to contact them. As it was a Christmas gift it would have been nice to know that it was out of stock. I was charged and am waiting to see about a refund”

“I ordered my monopoly set on the 28th of November expecting it to be delivered before Christmas. After countless calls and not being able to get through, I eventually managed to reach someone who told that I picked collection option which is not the case. They told me on the 18th of December that they would send it out but still have not received it”

“I ordered the Christmas Yuletide Cracker on November 26th and as yet (Dec 23) I have not received it. I had intended to give it as a gift but I now have to go to plan B and find a replacement gift. I know this is coming from Ireland but, given the time of year and factor in the inadequate Irish and US postal system, I would have thought orders either shipped with a different more efficient carrier or a system would be in place to handle the uptick in orders. On top of this - there are little to no updates on the tracking system. The last update was on Dec 17, prior to that Dec 5. https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Track/History?item=LX302409175IE Don't mean to come across as a disgruntled customer - it's only a box of chocolates after all - but I am disappointed that I won't be giving this Christmas gift for Christmas.”

“I would write a review if my order had been delivered it’s now 3 weeks ans I am waiting fir a reply so now we are on Xmas eve ??? So my order will not be delivered fir Xmas 🎄 very disappointed !!!!!”

“I was very excited to place my order with Carrolls Irish Gifts. Their products were unique and traditional. I placed my order at the very beginning of December. Unfortunately, My package has still not arrived and Christmas is now 2 days away. I am disappointed with their lack of response to my inquiry on why it is taking so long, their website says they deliver to the US in 5-7 business days.”
