“I visited Peter Vardy to look at a certain car and didn't like it so the sales exec was very helpful in finding similar cars and I chose one that he recommended. Very helpful and customer service was good.”

“John Drummond made me very happy to buy from Peter Vardy because he listened to me. He didn't try to push a car on me. He listened to my priorities and concerns and offered me advice. By the time I saw a car I really liked I was happy to take john's advice because I trusted him not to try to sell me something unsuitable.”

“the attitude of the staff make you feel welcome there i have already told others about your team told hugh what i was after he showed me cars to view in my range i found what i wanted then went through my details manager talked to me then i was delighted when they said they would deliver the car for me buying cars for a long time never had such good service peter vardy should be proud of there sales team at hillington glasgow well done 10out of 10”

“The car store has a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. The sales people are helpful not pushy and make sure you get the car that is right for you. This time we were helped by Alan who had a lot of knowledge and made sure we were happy every step of the way. My wife and I went during the thanks giving event which was a great thing to do for the customers as there was food and activities for everyone. We will definitely be back to the car store for our next vehicle as our business is very much appreciated and that shows.”

“Buying a new family car is not something you do everyday so to get it right is very important. Peter Vardy and his team went out of their way to make sure that getting it right was as important to them as it was for us. They looked after us from the minute we walked into the store and after a warm welcome we were left alone to browse at our leisure. We looked at several cars and the staff were happy to answer every question fully. In short, they made buying a car a memorable experience for all the right reasons...a fantastic company.”

“I was extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience. There is a very genuine feeling of professionalism in the CarStore from the moment you park. The vehicles are presented beautifully and the quirky marketing additions at the main Braehead roundabout create a family friendly feel before even entering the building, unusual these days. Keep them anchored though!! The check in is well handled and this creates a more relaxed experience than any other dealership I've visited over many years. The quality of the staff is, in my opinion, the best in this trade. The sales controller, sales advisor and all of the staff we spoke to both on the day and on our delivery day including the dedicated delivery professional succeeded in creating a superb, fully rounded world class experience for us and our family. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and I felt looked after and not under pressure in any way. So much so that our daughter purchased that evening and is picking up her car tomorrow!!”
