“All the staff were courteous and friendly without being overbearing in order to get the sale. our salesman Graham Milne, in particular, was very efficient and answered all questions we had regarding the car we purchased to our liking. He made the whole process hassle-free and smooth.”

“This is my second purchase from the CarStore and in particular from Craig Gemmell. I can say without fear of contradiction that Craig is a credit to your organisation, his knowledge, patience and customer service is second to none. During the sale I also met Damien and please forgive me but I cannot remember the young lady who done the handover and finance details who were all equally professional. Hopefully my comments can be passed on the staff involved.”

“We were not hounded by a member of the sales team from the moment we arrived, we were able to have a good look around the showroom at our own pace. When we approached a member of staff they were happy to help, even though it was very close to closing time on a Saturday evening.”

“During my visit at the hillington car store I found the staff very friendly and helpful ,great service from kim dorrens who was my sales advisor who explained in great detail all the information relating to the car which i had chosen, kept me informed in a regular basis regarding the finance of the car, I was very happy and delighted when I got the handover for my car and after a few days receiving a call from kim making sure I was happy with the car , great service ,i would be happy to pass on good feedback to family and friends of the service to the hillington carstore .”

“I thought the sales staff that I was dealing with were friendly and had a good understanding of the product. The environment is good and bright when you enter. The second young sales man Ryan did a good job in picking up on my second visit following my interaction with a business manager on my first visit. The first business manager I met did not fill me with confidence, he lacked customer insight and did not read my signals when I was cash customer. Also fell a bit unhappy when the car was ment to have a full service when on the way home with it I had to stop and add adblue to the tank.”

“Matthew who conducted the deal was fantastic in every way, very friendly and genuine. James who assisted with the financial side was also fantastic. I didn't feel under pressure and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed in store. I was impressed with how the children, (even though extremely over excited) were made to feel welcome and included in the whole process. The staff from the front desk to deal are a fabulous asset to the company.”

“Excellent customer service. Connor Barr looked after me and he was very knowledgeable. I am a new driver and he spent time answering my many questions.
