“From the first moment I went into the store for a walk around everyone was very friendly. The next time I returned I was introduced to Ryan Porterfield who was very personable and helpful, and came across as genuinely interested in trying to find the most suitable car for us. I was very cleverly 'upsold' without in the most genuine way, he brought cars for me in from the lot to have a look at and try. On our third return I went on a test dry with Ryan and can honestly say buying a car has never been so pleasurable. I did mention to Ryan's line manager(s) that he left no stone unturned. I've had my 'new' car for 3 days and love it. There is one small issue and Ryan has already followed up on it. There is only one thing that disappoints me - there is no waiver on the admin fee which I find difficult to accept because it seems an easy way to make some additional money on every sale.”

“the 2 female staff that dealt with me where very good very pleasant and they did there job very well I was there once before, and it was a male chap that attended to me but if I ever go back it will be the female that get my vote they make you feel very much at ease well done.”
