“All the staff are great and friendly, Ryan that looked after me found the perfect car for me and I absolutely love it so much so I came back the following week and my partner bought a car to, thank you to everyone at Peter carry would highly recommend”

“Kelly, my indervidual salesperson, and all the staff were excellent. From my first entrance to even now, outside hours of work. Offering different options but most importantly space to make my own decisions without constant pressure. The customer Service was supurb. I was encouraged to test different vehicles to find the correct one for my needs. This was especially key, while also offering vehicles I hadn't initially considered. I found the whole experience easy cooperative and will return when I need my next car.”

“Purchased this Car as a surprise birthday present for my girlfriend. The staff in the CarStore could not have been better, anymore helpful and made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. From the receptionists on the door right through to the hand over team. My thanks to Kelly and the managers who helped me organise a surprise reveal of the car at your dispatch area. The car was under a cover with a red bow around it (dug out of your xmass decorations box) with a hand written note wishing my Girlfriend a happy birthday, greeted with flouts of bubbly drinks and music arranged over the speakers. Clearly the staff care about the customers and enjoy what they do for them to go above and beyond.”

“It was a pleasure from the start. This was a new experience for me having never been to a car showroom before. Ryan Porterfield was excellent - he had such a friendly manner, was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly but also importantly he listened to what I said I was looking for and I felt he was interested in getting the right car for me. The test drive was good and follow up calls to let me know the price (as the car couldn't initially be found on your system ) were helpful, clear and friendly. I felt Ryan on all occasions spent considerable time with me. I never felt rushed as a customer and I really appreciated that. He even came out to my car on my return visit to help set up my phone app . His enthusiastic friendly and relaxed manner was great and certainly made my overall experience an enjoyable one and I love my new car :-) All staff that I met in person or spoke to on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Peter Vardy and will be back. Many thanks”

“The service from start to finish was excellent. Mark was superb from the moment we met and through to completion of the sale. Nothing was an issue. Everything was explained in detail and we were made to feel at ease throughout. I have never experienced a process that took so little time from the start to picking up my car in 5 hours. I will definitely be back at some point in the future and would recommend to anyone to pay Peter Vardy a visit”

“I have just bought a car from Chris Mitchell. Chris was super helpful. I had a list of things I wanted in a car and a budget and Chris went off to find me a few options. There was no pressure just a really nice guy trying to help Having decided on the car Chris worked hard to make my budget work He answered all my questions honestly The car was mot'd, serviced and taxed before I.picked it up And when the handover team was busy Chris arranged to do the handover himself so I didn't need to wait Chris has followed up with me twice to make sure I am happy with the car I am super happy with the car and with the service I received from. Chris. Chris is a genuinely nice guy willing to go the extra mile I would definitely buy from him again”
