“Where do I start....this is my second time returning to Peter Vardy. Buying a new car is always something that stresses me out & gives me anxiety as it’s all about a sale for the salesman - not this time! Chris Mitchell was outstanding - 10 stars!! I explained what I liked, what I wanted & how much I wanted to pay.....wasn’t much 😂 however after all that he found my dream car in the colour that I’d always wanted without even knowing that was how good he was 👍🏼 The whole experience was quick & easy no stresses. I’ve been told after 3 years I can come back trade in & get a new car I’ll definitely be back as long as Chris is there - there is a pink jammie in it for him! I hope this recognition is passed on to him as he deserves to know he’s doing a fab job & it’s what makes it all worthwhile. I’m a hard person to please but I can say I’m very happy with my experience and service from Peter Vardy & especially Chris.”

“Sale from Michael Payne great, only things to mention that are negative - finance paperwork was misplaced, no owners manual when picking the car up and had to bring the car back 2 days after pickup due to low coolant level.”

“Car exceeded expectations, a nice touch to put £40 of fuel other car dealers don’t do this.arnold Clarke for example. The purchase was seamless will use Peter vardy again.”

“Michael was very accomodating given I was tight for time. We were able to get the car for a test drive and discuss finance before finalising by telephone. Handover was straightforward. I would have liked to be able to drive away with my private plate on but overall I am very satisfied and happy with the new car.”

“Craig was down from Motherwell helping out and he was brilliant not pushy just chatted over the options and helped me get great car at a budget that suited me. His approach was refreshing. Zoe was also fantastic helping finalising everything. This is my third car I have bought from Hillington and I will be back in the future. Always family orientated as well as kids look forward to the ice cream. Thanks Ryan.”

“As soon as we went in the lady at front desk gave us a lanyard and took us into store, she introduced us to a salesman who showed us some cars. He was there if we needed to ask questions but basically left us to it. Lovely showroom, free tea or coffee and great, friendly, helpful staff. The salesman who helped us choose a car, Mr Craig Dick was amazing, he took me for a test drive and was great at putting me at ease when driving the strange car. I would recommend the Hillington store.”

“I revived a very high standard of customer experience, I was treated well and felt very comfortable the whole time I was there, the sales person did not follow me around and ask loads of questions, I then asked him some questions and he was more than happy to help.”
