“Extremely happy was made to feel welcome and special very relaxed atmosphere your sales reprasentative is a asset to your company mr jamie reid was outstanding and made as feel at ease as though we had known him for years explained everything in fine detail was a pleasure to have him help us buy our car and i have reccomended him to many friends and my sons have bought there cars with jamie and my fourth son will do also when he passes his test i cannot thank jamie enough he is a outstanding and caring guy and thankyou for having him help us”

“The whole atmosphere is very professional but very welcoming at the same time. They make you feel special as the customer and everyone I passed while in the store greeted me. Once I had decided on my car there was no hard sell on the add ons They were explained in detail , and I made a pressure free decision of what I thought I needed. A great experience all round.”

“This was our first visit to the Car store and we were very impressed with the store. Everyone was very highly professional and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There was no high pressure sales pitch, our sales person : John Lennon, was genuinely interested in finding the right car for us, at the right budget. We found the perfect car and are very satisfied with the experience. Cannot wait to recommend Peter Vardy to all of our friends.”

“Well organised, individual care and attentive staff. My daughter (who is 23) loved the free face painting and ice cream. Everyone was friendly and the general atmosphere appeared to imply that it was a good place to work which is always a good sign when dealing with a large company. I have bought cars through another major car dealer and can honestly say Peter Vardy dealership is far superior.”

“Staff when selling car were excellent however we encountered a few problems post sale. Firstly only half of car had been valeted when we went to pick up car after sale, which was rushed through at request of peter vardy staff to ensure sale was complete by end of the month. We then discovered a fairly large dent in car, tyre pressure warning light came on after driving car home and chips appeared all across windscreen shortly after purchase. Staff (especially Steve) were very accommodating when we contacted them with the above issues, however we could have done without the several additional trips to the car store to rectify the issues and the general inconvenience.”

“I thought the staff were extremely welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. They gave me time to look around, offering a cup of coffee and time to see what they had in store. I really enjoyed my experience at this Peter vardy store. Due to the staff being so accommodating I now have a car which is not only in pristine condition but that I am more than happy I selected from Peter vardy.”

“I would like to to be able to leave a decent review, but so far my Peter Vardy experience has not been very positive, I do not have the car as yet, and I am considering cancelling the deal, we arrived to collect the car on Tuesday and while a couple of our concerns had been fixed another few had been created to replace those. The bonnet and front wing of the car had quite a number of specks of white paint on it which the staff said would probably polish out our other concern was a light on the dash, regarding this we were given two options, which were to take the car to Hyundai ourselves or we could bring it back to yourselves at some point and you would take it neither suitable when purchasing a 1 year old car. I really should have left the showroom at the begining of the sales spiel as there was 2 different prices on the car one which was £12799 and £12999 on questioning this I was informed the more expensive was the correct price. which makes me wonder if you have a weekend price hike as when we called into the showroom on Monday there was another Hyundai on display with two different prices on display. I will finish this review by saying the staff were supposed to call me at 11 am this morning to let me know if all the faults have been fixed, and as I am typing this review I have just this second received the 11 am call at 16.05 so I am not feeling the Peter Vardy experience”
