“This is the 2nd car we have purchased from you in 2 years and we returned because of the very good experience we had 1st time round. We were pleased with the same service until it came to picking the car up and yur staff could not pair up my mobile via bluetooth and after 1 hour were asked to return another day and have this done. on returning a week later your customer service personell Caitlin was very efficient and soon had the enginer with me and went to the vehicle where he tried in vein to connect our mobile. It clearly states on th machine 'BLUETOOTH' and when sold to us we distinctly asked this question as it's important to us to have this function and were told it would be done. Your egineer confirmed that the 'BLUETOOTH' function was for music only and that this model would not pair up a mobile phone. We were told specifically that we have bluetooth with this car, which is not true. Since then we have now had a further 3 emails from your company offering FREE PETROL FOR A YEAR if we change, this deal started the week following our purchase we understand that, but it grates with us that not only did we not recieve what we were promised, but, it seems, that others are recieving additional goods on top of their purchase and wish we had not changed our car when we did and definately will have to consider buying from you in future. I will now have to buy a plug in device to allow hands free which I should not have to do.”

“I was really impressed with Peter vardy when I was there. Everyone was friendly approachable and willing to help. I was assisted by John Lennon and he was extremely friendly helpful and enthusiastic. Also really involved with my little brother ( 4 years old). Overall great service and staff. I am delighted with my purchase.”

“We have dealt with Peter Vardy for a few cars now but it was always in Motherwell . We always find that we've never been sold anything that hasn't lived up to our expectations ! All the staff have always treated us like you would a friend or family member in the way that you never feel like a stranger just coming in to buy a car .i would never hesitate to recommend your Carstore or any Peter Vardy group . Here's to hopefully a few good years with our new purchase and hope to be back without a second thought in the future. Yours . Mr Stewart Brown .”

“John was fantastic from the minute we stepped into the showroom. He was very helpful and friendly and really understood our wants and needs. He interacted with our son and really took the time to get to know us. Overall the service in store and aftercare has been exceptional. “I was approached by Emma Andrews within minutes of entering the carstore and she was more than happy to discuss a variety of car models and payment plans with myself and my other half. Emma was very knowledgeable on what she was talking about and after listening to everything on our wish list she brought a car round for us to see that was perfect for our needs that we ended up purchasing. Emma was very patient and helpful and by the end of the week had met just about my whole family with the amount of visits we had made to the store. Each time welcoming us with a smile and happy to advise wherever possible. The collection of the car also ran very smoothly and Alistair Page even arranged for me to bring the car back in a week later when suited us, to attach new plates that I had just purchased. Nothing was any trouble for these guys and the overall experience myself and my other half had was above and beyond any other car sales place we had visited. I have already recommended Peter vardy carstore to a few people and would definitely continue to do so if I ever know someone that is looking to buy a car. Thanks again Emma and Alistair! “My experience from the minute I came through the door has been excellent. Kim was my sales man. His customer service was top class and the deal I received was great. I will definitely be using Peter Vardy for all my future cars. All the staff were helpful and happy to see us although we weren't dealing directly with them. “I was impressed by the service I received at Peter Vardy's. I had been procrastinating for some time in exchanging my car with something more suited to my current needs. Jamie was helpful, upbeat and positive without being too pushy for the sale. I felt I was listened to and was steered in the right direction, enabling me to make a good choice with my next car.
