“Second time using Peter Vardy and everything went smoothly , same as my first visit hence the reason I came back. Salesman was Connor Barr, extremely helpful and at no point was I rushed into making a decision or felt pressurised.”

“All the staff front reception to salesmen were fantastic. Made me feel like a VIP. A special mention to Connor Barr who was very polite and professional talking me through my purchases of 2 cars. Connor explained everything in plain English and answered all questions with ease.”

“The after sales service was to say the least " ABYSMAL " This in no way reflects on Brian McWilliams who sold us the car. Having to wait for two hours for the car to be prepared, after being assured that the car would be ready for collection at 1.00pm. Then I had to ask on three separate occasions to speak to a manager to try and get the problem sorted. All I got was two young girls, who to be quite honest require many hours of training in how to handle customers complaints. Although I will give 5 stars for the would I recommend. This is only that I would recommend Brian I would certainly not recommend 5 stars for the after sales service.”

“Steven made me feel like a valuable customer and managed to get me a deal to suit my requirements. I found this different from "normal" salesperson as it was about me. I felt comfortable and assured I was getting the best deal and having done price checks I am more than happy with my purchase. He also followed up with a courtesy call upon receipt of my new vehicle to make sure everything was as expected. A nice touch again giving the feeling that carstore cares about their customers.”
