“Carstore made me happy because they were the oy garage who would take me on with my issues, whereas other garages turned me away. My car was ready for the carpark in the sky and i seen a suitable replacement on their website. I was in and out within 90 minutes, a happy customer.!!”

“From start to finish the process was made easy with no messing around, it was Jodie who was dealing with myself and she was superb constantly keeping me upto date with what was going on and making the trading in of my old car hassle free. Cant speak highly enough of her”

“Purchased a lovely Corsa from you on 15th June from Hillington store Purchase was so simple helped by salesman Eddie who treated us like normal people and made us feel very valued . “The care we received from Sean on the sales team was very attentive. He kept us informed & responded quickly to any questions/requests we had. Even when we had to wait a little bit longer to receive the car due to the work required Sean apologised for our wait & strived to proceed as quickly as was possible. We did consider only rating a 4 stars due to some issues with the preparation. Such as on waiting 1 week for the car to be prepared when we collected it the air conditioning was not working & a small part of the dashboard was not fitted correctly. However Sean's follow up care was extremely responsive & he contacted the appropriate department to arrange these problems to be resolved.”

“Initially when I visited the car store I was welcomed and felt that the most important thing was to help me find a car of my taste and budget, as often happens in these situations I went to look but made a purchase. A good deal was transacted for part exchange and purchase. I left the store with the intention of collecting my car the following week. This is where things took a downturn in customer service. I was contacted twice about payment for the car from Andi McWhirter even after first explaining I would pay by card on collection day. I attempted to arrange collection but was informed that my private plate required removal first this was not initially explained therefore delayed collection. Eventually after numerous calls and emails and growing frustration I collected my car where frustration turned to disappointment. The team member doing my hand over hadn’t a clue how to work my car there was an error in the keyless entry, the car was filthy inside and out. The scratches that were agreed to be fixed were incomplete. I was promised mats these were not in the car. The whole experience was awful. My car is booked in Shortly to complete the work,”

“Staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional, Jody who sold me the car was lovely and took me through the sales process with ease. I had a few niggles with the car and dealt with Keith in aftersales who could not have been more helpful. The company aftersales service is second to none and better than any I have experienced from any other dealership, five star service! Can’t thank Keith enough for his professionalism and fantastic service through the whole aftersales process.”

“We came to Peter vardy at breahead to look for a new car we were made to feel so welcome by the staff and a lovely salesman Ryan was appointed to us he was so helpful and friendly he found us our perfect car within half an hour took us a test drive spoke me though all the advantages to the car I picked up our new car the following week 😁😁😁😁 one delighted customer I've had two follow up calls from Ryan since to ensure all is ok with the car I will definitely be back 😁😁😁 x”

“Really appreciate all the help I got from Peter Vardy Hillington. We just bought a car from an independent garage and it broke within 2 weeks. Our sales adviser really helped and lsitened to what we needed. We had to get a taxi to the dealership as our car had broken down so Jodie kindley gave us a life home. We are so happy with our new car. Thanks again for all your help.”
