“Totally different experience from other dealerships, relaxed, no hassle and great customer service and experience. Got a great weekend mini countryman at a great price which I could no find cheaper anywhere else. Totally recommend the Peter vardy car store in Hillingdon, already recommended to friends and family. Would definitely early go back for any future purchases. Lisa was great, answered all our questions was attentive without being g pushy.”

“The salesman, Connor was a fantastic young man who was so polite, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He has been trained well and it showed. Although he was relatively young he knew what we were looking for and gave us several option on different cars and payment options. We were more than happy with the car and service we got. Happy customers!”

“Thank you John Black about the beautiful car. My wife is happy too even she called it "The White Swan". Unfortunately I'm not happy about the valeting standards. As you know I have years experience as a valeter, even I'm training people. The car has been only quickly washed and cleaned inside. Still had a tar bits, has not been polished, the plastic trims and tyres has not been dresed. I have few more remarks. I have received the car with cracked registration plate holder and without locking wheel nuts. I think that for this price I deserve a bit more from "Alright... That's the papers and the keys... Bye, bye..." This is my first expensive car... Was really difficult decision for me and my family. I didn't receive the respect and the services which every single customer deserve. I think that I was treated like this because I'm not from this country... I had to take the car almost week before I took it but... Because poor comunication I had to make a lot of phone calls to the branch and spend a lot from my time to understand that somebody spelling my name wrong and my application for finance has been declined. Very poor customer service. Exept John and the girls on the entrance.”

“All staff very helpful when choosing a car. On day of collection of my chosen vehicle, again staff were very nice but I felt a bit "rushed". I was taken promptly at designated time slot, completed paperwork and was asked if I wanted a run over the controls of the vehicle to which I said yes. I felt I would have liked a bit more time for this.”

“Car was enquiried about on Sunday. Attended Hillington on Mon, provisionally did deal. Michael collected car from Dundee on Tues and deal was signed. Car collected on Thursday. First time dealing with P Vardy but would highly recommend. Well done.”

“When i first arrived at the car store all staff were welcoming and helped me out to pick the correct car, Conner was our salesman and he was easy to work with and made the process very simple and smooth. There wasn't much of a problem with anything and he cleared anything that rose up with ease, made the experience of buying my first car easier and better than i could of expected.”
