“A balance of time to look independently along with guidance and advice from Daniel led to a sale. When it came to collection of the car there was a bit of a wait however the store manager Alastair kept us updated and attended . The only part of the process that was a big disappointment was when it was time to collect our car which we had spent alot of time choosing and alot of money buying we found it covered in a thick layer of dust which was disgusting, when I pointed it out I was told that's because it goes into storage u til we collecting and they are always complaining about the colour of the cars after they come back out. The girl did attempt to wipe the car down with a damp cloth which seemed a bit pointless with the thickness of the dust covering the whole car. After excellent customer care from Daniel to secure a sale I was left disappointed by the after sales care.”

“I couldn't recommend Peter Vardy more. Everyone in the Hillington showroom made me feel welcome and everyone was extremely friendly. Kelly Bates helped me find the perfect first car and took her time to talk me through everything from the car specification to helping me get the right finance. I will definitely be back when its time for my 2nd car!”

“sean was very helpful and informative about the cars I was looking at. I’m very happy with my purchase, thank you. I feel the aftersales could be improved upon. On collection of the car the handover team didn’t give me car mats which were to be included and RAC cover, and I noticed when I got home there was no inflation kit in the boot. This has been dealt with now but this should have been discussed at handover of the car.”

“First time using peter vardy hillington and it was a great experience. Mostly down to sean mcintyre the sales advisor. He went above and beyond to make my experience as enjoyable as possible definitely will be recommending.”
