“Before my visit, I was contacted and explained how to get there. Once there all staff I came into contact were very helpful and friendly. I knew who I was meeting and the time. I couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“From entering the carstore the receptionist Alison and Louise were very friendly and made you feel welcomed,and first of all I was spoken too by Kelly who was excellent with every thing and followed through very well,then Iwas given an appointment with Kim who was also very good. when I went to collect my car as dealt with Leah who again was very good. I would honestly say that everyone I had contact with in the twice as was there was great so nice, friendly and respectful and being a Mature Lady???? WAS REALLY GREAT THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH JEANETTE”

“Made us feel welcome, took time to understand our needs and patience in helping us to find the right fit to our need. Our Sales Advisor John Black was outstanding in his customer service and care. He took time to build rapport with us and showed professionalism in his dealings with us whilst also being friendly and going out of his way to ensure we were confident and happy in our decision making and purchase. We had to visit the store afterwards to fill out some forms and the office team dealing with that were not great and left us sitting and waiting for ages. The Handover experience was okay but did not match the same level of experience that we had with our sales advisor. John did however connect with us at the handover and make sure we were happy and pleased. My return to Peter Vardy would be based on our sales advisor experience which was excellent. Other aspects of service were not as good but still better than previous experiences elsewhere.”

“I was extremely impressed and happy with my service from the car sales man Ryan potterfeild unfortunately after purchasing my car the hand over was horrendous and the car wasn’t up to standards. Still waiting to hear from a manger 2 weeks on. Couldn’t fault the sales guy though he does your company proud !”
