“Whilst first car we test drove was already sold, to my daughters disappointment, Jamie went to great efforts to find a car for her. Also replaced the driver seat which sealed the deal. Very well retrieved! Handover was very well executed and the kids loved the unravelling and music.”

“Good experience of picking my first car with Peter Vardy Hillington. Damian my sales rep was efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Picked my new volvo up on 18th February 17 and I must say after feeling really excited at the famous handover, I was so disappointed . We dicovered as my car was being revealed that the bonnet was covered in pigeon droppings. I was mortified as was the member of the handover team. I had paid for the plantinum protection and to be quite honest the car didn't even looked washed! As I drove away I noticed a mark on my windscreen as I inspected it I saw it was a chip. I phoned Peter Vardy straight away. My new car has since been picked up and taken back for inspection which I was happy about. The car has been rewashed and polished and the chip has been checked. I've been told that it had already been repaired and it won't crack. But I'm still left with a mark on my windscreen. All in all really enjoyed my buying experience at Peter Vardy but the memory of picking up my first car at the famous Peter Vardy handover has been tainted.”

“First off, the girl at the reception desk was very courteous and welcoming, and that got the whole experience off to a great start. Michael Collins the salesman assigned to attend to me was such a nice guy. He is a credit to your sales team. He went out of his way to make me feel I was important to the Car Store. No pressure being put on a customer is very important to me, and there was none of the usual stuff where salesmen are dogging a persons footsteps. I was made an offer as to the value of my car, which I accepted, and made a choice of another car I wanted to purchase. All done with no untoward pressure of any sort. On the day I collected my new car and left in mine, I was running a few minutes late because I didn't want to leave mine with you in a messy state. The roads that day were very dirty, and the car wash was busy. I'm glad I took the time to get it washed, as the one I was taking out was pristine. The gentleman attending to me for the pick up was just that - a gentleman. He made everything easy for me. All part of an experience I'm glad I was part off. Would I recommend Peter Vardy to others? I already have and will continue to do so. I'm very happy with the car I bought from you, and I would like to think that despite being an "oldie", I will be back at some point to upgrade from what I have.”

“First class service and an absolutely pressure free sale. I had been dreading the visit due to previous experiences with hard sales for cars. Very pleasantly surprised. My appointment was with Jamie at the Glasgow Hillington store. When I arrived Jamie took a note of what I was looking for, got me a coffee, I strolled around the huge store with information where to find what I was looking for and was let loose to look and sit and take my time without any pressure. When I was ready to discuss Jamie was full of information, knew the cars top to bottom and had a good idea of what I needed from the car, mileage, useage and what I wanted. Pointed me towards something I had never considered and we test drove a Ford Focus. Not a 5 minutes in and out, a proper test drive. Very impressed with the car, deposit made, appointment to discuss finance the following day. Drove out a couple of days later with a sparkiling car, incredibly happy. Honestly cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail, the chat, advice, knowledge and the will to get me what would suit my needs. First class. On picking up the car I dealt with Jacqueline Who was also very professional, sorted things out in no time. Pleasant, helpful, chatty and the perfect send off in my new car. Peter Vardy... quite wonderful”
