first time dealing with peter vardy was a pleasant and easy experience from start to collection and ongoing support as well only a phone call away recommended to try them a better experience than the other big players

Great service. Delighted! Lisa spent lots of time trying to help us decide on the right car. We appreciated the call to see how we were getting on with car. The handover team were excellent too

Overall it was OK. Only bit that pis#es me off big time, your building up a bit of rapport with the sales person and he's got to run to the "sale's manager" to make the final deal. Then you have this nugget coming over jumping in and telling you that there only making a little bit of profit if they sell the car at the price you want to pay. Why can't the sales person do this. Why has a third party got to get involved, it's so off putting at one point I was ready to walk out because of nugget I can't fault the rest of the team. The day I went to pick up the car the guy was brilliant but that "sale's manager" guy really peeed off big time.

I usually dread going car shopping but the Peter Vardy apprach actually made it very pleasant. Being fre to wander around knowing that the sales maanger is in easy reach if needed but not giving the "hard sell" is very refreshing. Both of the guys I dealt with - Michael Collins in sales and Darren Cafferty in handover, were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. My number plate transfer is not yet complete but I'm sure it will be just as smooth and efficient. My only criticism is the volume of the music. It makes it very hard to concentrate when discussing prices etc. It would be good to have a quiet area for this purpose for those who can't cope with the "thump, thump, thump" :-)

Was impressed by the way my family was treated while browsing the showroom and the relaxed atmosphere that was evident. No pressure from the sales guys and any questions were answered professionally. Would deal with Peter Vardy again.

I had recently purchased a new car from Peter vardy and after a short while I had realised it wasn't suitable to my needs. Sales assistant Lisa McGuffie couldn't have been more helpful. She knew exactly what I needed and understood my position. A great experience, simple and straightforward. I love my new car. Handover guy Colin shepherd was extremely helpful too. I would highly recommend Peter vardy car store.

Salesman Elliott gave us 100% attention and kept us up to speed with all our options, felt at ease dealing with him and would definitely recommend the company as a whole this is our second car from there and will Def be back and would certainly recommend Elliott to deal with .

The purchasing experience at Peter Vardy is really good. Our salesman, Bobby, was great. very attentive and knowledgeable and worked really hard to find us a suitable car. The car we decided to purchase was not on site and had to be delivered to site to allow us to view and test drive and all was good. It was at the hand-over where things started to go wrong. We arrived at the branch at 7pm as agreed but were left alone until 7.30pm before we were approached and introduced to the person who would be doing the hand-over. Whilst going through all of the electronic signatures etc an issue arose which meant the girl helping us had to go off and seek assistance, this was at roughly 7.50pm (very close to closing time). We sat until 8.20pm when I had to approach another member of staff to see if they could find out what the problem was. A couple of minutes later the Business Manager came out and advised the reason for the delay was due to an audit by the finance company. As it turns out, 1 out of every 100 finance agreements has to be manually checked and we were the unlucky 1 out of 100. The manager advised that the finance company closes at 7pm and that we would not be able to collect the car that evening but he did arrange for the car to be delivered the following morning once the audit had been done, which it duly was. My annoyance at this is the waiting around like a complete lemon for an hour in total and also, why arrange appointments for hand-over at a time when the finance company is closed knowing full well that this situation may arise. This is what soured the experience with Peter Vardy hence the reason for not awarding a five star review. This is the second car I have purchased from the Motor Store and may very well be the last.

My experience at Peter vardy was a very welcoming one. Michael made me feel comfortable choosing the car of my choice, Steven the manager was also very helpful. I did not feel forced and felt I was left to choose what I felt was right for me. After choosing my car Colin showed me everything I could possibly know about my car. My overall experience was a very happy one. The car is also very easy to drive and comfortable to be in. Perfect experience for someone who doesn't know much about cars. Thanks again.

Staff friendly, pleasure to deal with. Few issues with the car which i wasn't happy about, but Alan arranged for these to be sorted straight away after I contacted him

Excellent service over all. Somewhere for the kids to be entertained, drinks, ice creams and snacks all of which allow you time to do what you came for, buy a car! Competitive prices and excellent customer service. They really did go the extra mile to help and please, including scratch/dent repairs, assisting with my plate transfers and little touches like a set of car mats, cuddly toy and a keyring. I'm not a fan of car showrooms however, this is one I would definitely go back to!
