“My sales rep Grace was fab! Sorted out everything and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Stephen was also great on the day of collection, rushed off his feet however ensured my vehicle was up to standard and I was again happy with everything. Highly recommended!”

“Delighted with my vehicle, Michael of the sales team was excellent to deal with, very helpful and friendly. Not only did he conduct the transaction in very polite efficient and professional manner, he was also attentive to other customer service oriented matters. All in all probably the best car purchasing experience of my torturously long life. (Reception staff were good as well)😜😜😜”

“Travelled from Aberdeen to Glasgow to visit Hillington as I had purchased my previous car here and overall I was pleased with the service I received. Small quibble, often difficult to contact folk at the Carstore, I tried calling/returning calls and numbers rang out, and on occasion received no replies to email. Would give 5 stars to some folk in particular - Sharon, the retention manager was my go to for consistent communication and I received honest and friendly sales service from Sandy throughout my experience. I would consider revisiting in the future.”

“Very welcoming and attentive staff, all ready and wiling to help. The showroom was easy to get around and all the cars were well displayed. The atmosphere in the showroom was spoke of the teamwork around. The individual support I received from Chris the salesman was outstanding. He took time to show me the car I was interested in, explain the purchasing details etc and his follow-up care and concern far outreach any other service i have received in buying cars previously. It was a good experience and one I would be happy to recommend to others.”

“It was my first time buying my own car so I was a bit unsure of what to look for and how to go about the sale. Kelly was lovely and genuine and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She simplified terms for me and made everything easy to understand. I put down a deposit on the Saturday and drove the car home on the Monday night. Everything was very efficient and quick and Kelly and her other colleagues had good communication. Even though Kelly wasn’t there when I collected my car, she has since contacted me to ask how everything went. She gave fab service. Thanks again”

“Our third car from car store, all have been a good experience but this the best so far. Kelly our salesperson was as enthusiastic about the car as we were and it made the whole experience of getting a new car just that bit more fun.”
