Peter Vardy has a range of so many cars and are always so welcoming on arrival. Asking if you'd like tea or coffee as soon as your step foot in the door! This was my first time looking for a new car as I had been in a car crash and my first car was a write off after someone ran into the back of me. I knew I wanted a corsa and it had to be black or white. Jamie Reid was my salesman when I arrived , and he was just absolutely phenomenal. From the start he told me a bit about Peter Vardy because I had never been there before , he then showed me around and asked me what car I was looking for , I told him a corsa , so he showed me the range that he had and stuck to my price range too. He then told me to go have a look around and come back when I feel like I've found something or not. We sat down and looked for a black corsa that I'd seen outside in the sales ground. He checked online and told me someone had paid a deposit for this car .. aaah was so gutted !! However he didn't stop searching until I seen one I liked. I told him to click on the "chilli orange" corsa. And it was beautiful ( totally different from black and white ) I had my heart dead set on them colours but it changed as soon as I seen this car. He then told me he'd go look for the keys so I could test drive it. He couldn't find the keys as there are over 500 Of them in the one place. So he told me to go for some lunch and he'd call me back once he'd found them. He did call me back but to tell me that the keys has snapped as someone had tried to use them in another car ( accident obvcourse ) so he said he will keep me updated as the AA had to come out and open the car and cut a new key. I waited exactly 1 week to finally test drive this car , Jamie was always keeping me updated with the progress of the car. Once I had finally test drive it he told me that the bonnet had a chip of paint flaking away so that exact night he got the body shop to fix the full bonnet and paint it all new and shiny! I finally got my car 1 week and 1 day later but I am so happy with it ! I absolutely love it! And I cannot recommend Jamie Reid anymore to anyone looking for a new car. He is so patient and helpful and he's a great laugh too! Thank you so much for your help Jamie!

the service they supplied us with h was second to none. We were able to take our kids to complete everything. The kids were entertained the whole time. Then the unveiling of the car with the lights and the music made it even more memorable

Lisa was great, very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I was disappointed that the admin team took so long to arrange the plate transfer when as it transpired they were placing on retention and it was something I could have done myself...it delayed my taking ownership of the car

Our salesman Craig dick was very helpful and tried his best to get the sale even though he knew it was going to be difficult as we had basically given him a number that we were going to pay, he subsequently soldiered on and found a way to get the sale, well done Craig!

Despite being advised it was a one previous owner trade in, I subsequently found out (after 5 phone calls) that it was a Trade Dealers vehicle - possibly one of the salesmen s car and there was no service log book nor owners manual available and therefore no way if establishing the true milage of the vehicle. The Hillington branch took over a week to locate the MOT certificate that their own test centre had completed. They finally posted out an aftermarket service log book - bizarrely someone thought it appropriate to use the 'first service' section to log the date and claimed milage when they MOT'd the vehicle. They didn't even manage to do that properly as the first two digits they wrote were 42 when, if the milage is accurate, it should have been 24, they just wrote 24 over the 42 - that's not going to inspire confidence in any prospective purchaser when I sell the vehicle. In total I spoke to 4 members of staff over a 10/11 day period before it was confirmed that it was a Trade vehicle. On at least two occasions I called requesting to speak to a specific person, I was told they were currently unavailable but they would call me back but they didn't. This is one of the worst customer experiences I have had - from any business!

A couple of issues with the car since collection. Front wheel bearing has a slight noise,o/s/f tyre loosing pressure and a few paint work issues. Salesman Jamie has been great and has been in contact to help resolve these minor problems. Many thanks Jamie..

ok- I'm a sales manager for hair and beauty - Lisa is pinched! I want her on my team!!! Lisa was honest and authentic! She is the best sales person(other than my team) I have ever dealt with! To top it off- no she has not paid me to say this however ever has offered a considerable bribe????? LOL Thanks babe your ace and deserve a pay rize Haze and mad boys with new Nissan note x kit Lisa

our salesman Craig was brilliant also his sales manager think he was called James. Not forceful at all,and made us feel totally comfortable with the decision we were making.

It was okay, my sales advisor was very slow at getting back to me. I have a slight problem which I have messaged my sales advisor about after I left with my car and I have had no reply.
