“Lack of updates, had to personally chase for updates on the car, took over a week for someone to contact me to tell me my car was in Perth and only reason I found out is cause I phoned up to chase things up, got promised several times someone would call to update me and never did, overall just felt like once I was happy with the car no one cared cause they seen it as a sale”

“Michael McGuire was absolutely fantastic. Really attentive and dealt with all my queries efficiently. Despite I’m sure having a busy diary already; Michael made time for me and made me feel special at every visit and couldn’t have done more for me. The manager stevie was also very helpful and I felt that both these guys really went above and beyond for me. Thank you very very much. I am delighted with my new car!!”

“very pleased with my new car, helpful staff and great place to bring kids. Only downside was an issue with collecting my car, I had to reschedule my appointment for the next day but the girl from the handover department was very apologetic and made the process quick when I came to collect car as she knew I had travelled from Edinburgh. All in all very happy with the service received at Pete Vardy”

“Everyone was lovely from reception to my sales advisor with the patience of a saint, John Black, who put up with the customer from hell (ME), and got me a fab wee car after my 20 (million) questions... Got everything sorted extremely quickly, and had the car ready much quicker than expected! Been just as helpful afterwards with any queries i have had!”

“Our initial contact at Car Store was with Sales executive Ross Spriggs. He was very polite and helpful in helping us choose the car we were looking for. He is a credit to both himself and Car Store. We had been told the car had been serviced but the car service book had not been stamped. Also we were told the car would be valeted but on handover the two front seats were still very wet as it had just been done prior to handover and it was clear the back seat had not been touched. I have since had a malfunction of the Tyre Pressure Monitor System, not what you expect after 4 days . I am a bit disappointed to say the least.”

“Walking around the heated showroom was a delight, no salesmen following you and pressuring you into a car you don’t want. Only after I approached the salesman did wee discuss the car that I wanted to buy. Would throughly recommend a visit to peter vardy carstore.”
