I am more than happy with my experience with CarStore Glasgow. I was kept well informed with regards to what was required from me to buy the car and at what stage my car was at during transfer from Dundee. Any queries I had were quickly answered.

The customer assistant Conner Barr was very helpful and found us the right car to suit our criteria he also picked my wife in paisley the day we collected the car.

A great deal on a great car. Brian McWilliams was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything was as easy as possible and I never once felt rushed or pressured. There were one or two very minor issues with the car once I drove it away but Brian responded and made it clear he wouldn't be happy until I was happy. He acted quickly and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Very impressed.

Structured approach, lots indoors and area for kids. Drinks van a nice touch. The alloys on delivery were not as expected to standards explained, but the sales consultant brought out the workshop manager, who agreed and arranged to rectify this.

First of all can't thank Craig D enough for helping me out. Was having some major problems with my old car and he did everything in his power to help get me and my wife the best deal on a new car. I'm aware it's his job but he reassured us about getting a car at the best price to suit our needs. Would 100% recommend Peter vardy Hillington and without doubt their best salesman Craig D. Thanks again David and Anna Paterson.

Purchased a Ford Focus from the car store. The salesman Ryan was fantastic. Only down side to purchasing the car is having to hand it back for repair as the interior of the drivers seat was not stitched as promised before collecting the car.

I had problems with a salesman taking a deposit then not calling me back but it eventually got sorted out and I purchased a Ford Focus. There was an issue when I went to pick up the car as a warning light was on and I was left waiting for just under two and a half hours. The next morning as I was driving to work the warning light came on saying tyre pressure sensors not detected. I phoned to say there was an issue and I would bring the car in at 13.30 only to be told that if they were too busy they wouldn’t look at my car. I turned up anyway and the car was looked at and when I got it back the warning light was out. Two days later, on my first drive out, the warning light came back on. As it was a Sunday I didn’t phone until Monday morning when I spoke to the salesman I had dealt with, Scott. He phoned me back later as promised and said they were looking into it and someone else would call me the next day as it was his day off. I received a call from a lady who deals with the repairs. She told me that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until 28/3. As it was only 5/3, having only picked up the car on 28/2 and it had already been back in for repair I said that this was unacceptable. She then said if I wasn’t happy I should take it to a ford dealership and get it repaired under warranty. Again I said this was unacceptable to which I was told that she would have to speak to a manager and get back to me. It is now 22/3 and am still waiting. It seems as soon as Peter Vardy has your money they want nothing more to do with you.

The customer service we got from Ross Spriggs was second to none, given it was only his first week and we were his first sale he could not have done more for us. 10/10 service from him. I would however like to add that when my husband and I came to collect the car there was an issue in what i would be paying every month for the car. The manager agreed a price the week before when we bought it then changed his mind my faith in him dropped slightly and to be honest if Ross hadn’t if been there as he agreed with us and he himself knew what price we agreed the week before we would’ve just have said forget it, like I said Ross was fantastic. Another point I would like to add a week after I got the car it was making a squeaky noise at the front right side, I took it in on my way too work on a Saturday morning and asked if I could I leave just for someone to listen to it, given I only had the car a week this shouldn’t of been an issue but I was told no and then told no one was available and that I need book an appointment which wasn’t till 2 weeks away. For a brand new car and only having it a week not acceptable it has however been fixed since. When I went in on that Saturday which was the 3rd March there were plenty of staff and I get there might not have been technicians available but all I wanted was for someone to give it a listen but not possible. The car went in and got fixed Thursday 21st March however when my husband went in to collect it they had ordered the wrong part!!! No offence but HOW is that possible so it really was waste of time leaving my car there. 2 weeks to wait till it gets fixed then it doesn’t actually get fixed in that scheduled day what a farce and very bad service and we’re not impressed to say the least given the amount of money im paying for the car. If all of this hadnt of happened I would’ve given better star reviews but the customer service from after we got the car was shocking and therefore out stars reflect that. Please pass on our comments about Ross to him as I’ve said he was brilliant and could not have done more for us. I’ve changed my recommend to a 5* based solely on Ross the issues that I had were no way his fault like I said he was brilliant
