Too much waiting around,went to rest drive the car on my lunch break ended up waiting around for an hour and a half,then when I went to pick my car up I was there for over 2 hours,plus the car I was buying the bumper was badly scratched so was told it would be fixed when I collected the car the work was not of a good standard,now I need to bring the car back in to get fixed properly that will mean I will have to take a day off work and now as I’ve been driving the car I’ve discovered that the parking sensor is broke every time put it on the sound is that I’ve hit something and there nothing near me,it worked fine when I checked it on my test drive. Do u not do an overall check of the car before u sell it someone??

buying experience was ok at hillington glasgow. I live just north of Aberdeen and when buying the car I asked if any warranty claims could be dealt with in Aberdeen. I was assured that this would be no problem. on my journey back up the road I discovered a braking problem that was missed during test drive. I reported it as soon as I got home. was told to contact peter vardy Vauxhall in Aberdeen and they would back charge any costs to Glasgow. had to wait a week to get booked in then they investigated the problem and discovered it needed new discs and pads. this is when the problems started. Glasgow wanted evidence by video etc of problem then not sure what happened after that but it took nearly a week and a half to get the car fixed. during that period I phoned repeatedly to get updates and answers on progress and each time was told someone would phone back but they never did. got so fed up and frustrated that I phoned head office in Glasgow to get sorted. It took a couple of days to get any answers and both places blaming each other and when they said it would be another few days till I would get car back. I said enough was enough as I was going on holiday the next day and demanded my money back. lo and behold I got a text later that day saying car fixed and ready to pick up !!!!!. very un happy with after service,delay and lack of communication. no amount of apologies make up for stress and anxiety caused . Has taken all the excitement and joy out of purchasing a new car . I will never buy a car from Peter vardy again and will tell anyone that listens not to either and I pray that the car has no other problems under the warranty!!!!!

Sales advisor, Connor was fantastic. Really friendly, not at all pushy, very informative and helped me to find a car perfectly suited to my needs. Atmosphere in store was very comfortable and I got a great deal on my car.

Stuart was fantastic he was very helpfull treated you like a family member .Not a pushy sales person .Retuned calls promptly did anything you asked. nothing was too much trouble .Great service from him. Very friendly helpfull guy .

I was really happy with the service provided to me by Chris. Chris was really professional, helpful and I felt like he tried to find the best deal that suited me rather than just trying to get a sale which I had been experiencing in Arnold Clark. I would return to Peter Vardy for future car purchases. Having said that, I was a little disappointed when coming for the car, the back seats were not clipped on, underneath the handbrake was extremely dirty, the petrol cap was a different colour from the car and there was make up stains on the roof of the car. No one has been in contact with me to advise when this will be sorted.

went the extra mile for me, drove me home all the way to falkirk the day i first viewed the car as it was quite late on and we were delayed by a number of things which happened in the car store which prevented us from getting things done sooner so ryan offered to take me back home from hillington to falkirk.

Good first impression by reception staff. Very welcoming. Cars are well priced. We had a small delay in resolving a couple of minor issues, but once Our sales contact was made aware of these points he very quickly resolved them to our complete satisfaction. Very happy with way this was handled and want to thank Roger for his personal attention. Overall, a very positive experience.

Dealt with Craig Gemmell in the Glasgow store and it was a 'fun' experience. Craig has all the Glasgow patter, but he is also very knowledgeable, and he was happy to answer all my questions - I never felt under any pressure to buy anything. The whole process was completely relaxed and it was great to be offered alternatives to what I had in mind - I've never had a car salesman ask me if I had considered 'X' which was considerably cheaper that the car I was looking at (and bought). My only slight issue was that it would have been better to deal with Craig again when I went back to collect my car, seems better to me to have the complete process handled by the same person. Having said that, the Peter Vardy Carstore will be my first port of call when it comes time to change the car again. Thank you.

When I bought the car originally it was good, but as I drove away the temperature light came on, so it obviously hadn't been MOT'd recently, even though it said it had been the day i picked it up. The car was returned to the car store and a week later i picked it back up. The Engine Management light came on after driving 10 miles, so it was returned. Martin from Service wasn't great, nothing was ever his fault.

The car I bought came from Aberdeen so I was unable to take it a drive until nearly a week after agreeing to the purchase. When I went to take the car a test drive it was pointed out to me by the salesman that there were 2 fairly large noticible scuffs along the side which he told me would be fixed. The bumper was also severely scraped and dented to which I was told would also be fixed along with some other chips n marks. When I was finally able to go and get the car the whole pick up experience was dreadful. This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Peter vardy which is why we came back however after my experience lately I would reconsider coming back. I went to pick up the car and to my horror nothing had been done with the car. The bumper had been resprayed and was left all gritty. The scuff marks along the side hadn't been touched which was highly disappointing. Along with a few other small things along the way I was disappointed with my purchase experience. And I haven't even had a curtesy call to see how the car has been since I took it away 4wks ago.

After a little stumble at the beginning of the sale due to 2 people buying the same care, very helpful from Jodie Boyle all the way through out the sale to the pick up of my car. Would recommend to friends and family
